Ramada by Wyndham Constanta

Nice location between Mamaia and Constanta. Quite a spacious room with two large, comfy beds. Large, clean and modern bathroon. Shower with great water pressure and temperature. When I arrived to drop off my luggage I was actually already able to check in, about 2.5 hours early. Breakfast was quite good, but not exceptional. Value for money was very good compared to other hotels in town.

Overall, the cleanliness was great, but the underside of the soap dispenser by the sink was actually quite dirty. I expected the toilet lid to be silently closing. I was wrong. Due to amusement attractions in the vicinity, it was a bit noisy at night until 1 or so.

Large , clean room.

I had to wait a lot for the elevators maybe too much. And the stuff from the restaurant was unprepared for a big number of clients. The time for delivering the food was unreal, 20-30 minutes for a lousy soup. And no one didn’t asked if you want something or to bring a menu or at least some spoons and knives

The room was large, one of the largest I’ve stayed in. It was clean and the furniture was in good shape. The sea view (over the amusement park) was also nice. The staff was helpful.

I was underwhelmed by the breakfast. For a 4* hotel the choices were limited and the coffee was far from great. Regarding coffee, as others have noticed, there is a capsules coffee machine in the room but no capsules are provided (just some instant coffee). It’s the first time I’ve seen a coffee machine in a hotel room or even in a rented apartment without at least a couple of accompanying capsules.

The room was BIG. Interior furnishing was very modern, minimalistic, with a brand touch, reminiscent of another Wyndham hotel where I recently stayed in Doha, Qatar. Service and staff were irreproachable. Interior architecture and decoration are impressive and somewhat avant-garde. Enough parking space is provided, inside and out.

Could not connect to WiFi with provided password (too lazy to ask for another). Dining lounge insufficient in size for the number of guests expected during summer. The kitchen on the top floor bar is not always open, so if you want a pizza or a burger you may have to look elsewhere. The placement of the air conditioning external units inside the underground parking space is peculiar, inconvenient and not very confidence inspiring - I wouldn't let my gasoline powered car sitting near a fridge-sized apparatus blowing hot air. The room given to me had no facility for drying stuff which is absolutely a must when returning from the beach - I had to improvise. Had to pay extra for late checkout.

Huge rooms with comfortable beds. Awesome bathroom, good water at shower. Very clean rooms with daily cleaning checks. I can say that the room was soundproofed because I couldn't hear the neighbors. Very good and diversified breakfast, a little crowded for my taste, but we managed to find a table in a reasonable time.

The elevator was small and quite slow. Also we had a room with a view to the thematic park - it wasn't terribly and we managed to sleep well, although we could hear the screams, but with the Corona virus situation, it got closed at a decent hour. The parking lot was quite full and we managed to park our car in the underground parking, but not on a free slot...this is upsetting just because the majority of cars that occupies the parking slots aren't staying at Ramada..

Excellent accomodation weather you travel for pleasure or business. Friendly staff, amazing room size, delicious breakfast and not far from the beach. Highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

If you are noise sensitive, the hotel is in the holiday village and you could hear music till midnight. We were not bothered but it’s something to take into consideration.

The room was large and comfortable, we especially enjoyed the large balcony we had at the 8th floor. Breakfast was good, we liked it, it is not spectacular, but it is pretty decent. Again I would like to compliment the staff, as always when we stay here they try to make you feel as welcome as possible.

One elevator was out of order and given the size of the hotel (quite large) the waiting times at the remaining operating elevator were a bit long.

The room was very nice, the reception was able to meet our request of a room with a balcony, staff is very nice and helpful. The view is amazing. The parking is large and you will find a parking spot for sure. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the soups at the restaurant. The cleaning staff insisted to take out the trash and change towels even if we stayed only 2 nights and asked also if any other requests.

They can improve a little bit the attention to the details regarding room cleaning, though they seem to operate at the moment with minimum staff in this area. While I did not mind very much for a 2 night stay, the TV remote control was dirty and with hair on it (cleaned it ourselves), the blow dryer was also dirty with hair on it. The food at the restaurant is decent, but definitely overpriced for what it is and also the selection is a bit limited. They are also using a lot of pepper in the pasta and even in the tomato soup. The water from the shower was not going only into the drain but also into the rest of the bathroom.

I traveled with my husband and 12 years old daughter, so we had an apartment, 2 rooms and 2bathrooms, very large and very confortable for all of us. Breakfast is fabulous! The hotel is inside Luna Park, in the park, close to the beach. The chef, Bazâru Adrian, is a wonderful person, very professional.

Conferince room is very unconfortable. Some of the staff are not so nice especially from the testaurant.

Breakfast - one of the best I had, a wide choice of things to eat (including tasty bacon and smoked fish), vegetables, fruits, croissants and much more - all fresh and tasty. Expresso, although from an automatic machine, is how it should be - strong, creamy and flavoured. Breakfast area staff OK, polite and helpfull.

1. Front-desk operator at check-in - although I was patient enough to wait for her a couple of minutes while finishing her other activities, the first question (and the tone) shocked me - don't remember exactly but it was a sort of "What do you want ?". Thought it was something wrong with my outfit but I checked, I guess it was pretty OK (business casual). 2. No expresso machine - I gave Ramada Sibiu an 8 for not providing spare capsules, you are about one star lower but I believe you have a good potential. Price was great.
