- free parking with enough available places - good restaurant in the premises (we tested the breakfast and the dinner) - spacious room and comfortable bed - central location, walking distance to the city center (and Christmas Market)
- even if we expected to have Ramada standard services quality, from our room were missing 1 set of towels, bathrobes and 1 pair of slippers, and some water had already been consumed and not replaced. As a result of reporting this to the reception - towels, robes and slippers were brought to us (left on the desk, not in their place), but no water.

Booked a room for three Adults and notified the hotel that we would be arriving very very late. Check-in process was very smooth and quick. The staff were brilliant and sorted out the issue we had very promptly.

I was very happy with the size of my room. Only feedback is that my bed was a king size but I go two small beds put together. I feel in the middle a couple of times while sleeping.

We didn't like the breakfast, the coffee is so bad you can't drink it . The food wasn't we expected from a Ramada hotel , no quality !

The location met my expectation, not far from downtown. The hotel was similar to other Ramada hotels I know. Everything worked and the air conditioning did a good job, waiting for the guest with 20-21 °C (outside were 35°C).
Well, almost nothing, maybe the parking lot could have some shadow.

we had amenities în the room(towel, slippers) only for 1 personal, although we were 2. I had to call and ask for them(and for bath robes too)
