Grand Legacy Hotel

We had the executive suite and it was very beautiful, spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a nice pool. Good staff a the restaurant and bar.

We wanted to extend our stay but the lady at the reception told me that we couldn’t get the same price then on booking. We argued for a while and decided to go somewhere else. When we got in the room and started packing, she called and finally agreed to give us the Booking.com price… We used the room service a few times but the service price they asked for was higher then in the menu and they didn’t want to respect the price written in the book.

The hotel is near the airport, very quiet at night. Good room service and free airport pickup. Very friendly staff with a speedy response. The room is clean. Swin pool and restaurants in the hotel. Bar and restaurants nearby.

The wifi is really bad in every room. The transportation service can be very expensive, you need to argue aggressively for the price. You can refer to Yego app for a reasonable price and negotiate with the driver, but still, they are much more expensive than taking a Yego cap.

Clean and spacious room. Nice pool area with good food. Love the Sauna and Gym! Friendly front desk staff and seamless airport pick up process.

Lunch Buffet. Very little variety and not the best (esp compared to food at pool side restaurant at the same hotel).

The hotel is located a few minutes from the main airport, which is a bonus. The staff where exceptional especially Leoncie and the gentleman at reception whose name I forget. He gave me his mobile to call RwandaAir to change my flight. I was able to catch a flight that very evening, thanks to the gentleman. The room was spectacular. Space for everything including a functional computer. The water was hot and the water pressure superb.

The stuff was great!! We stayed here for the quarantine period, till the test results have arrieved. Supervisor Martin was very helpful. Tried organize for us sim card while we were closed in the room, made a discout for the 2nd night stay, took care of every question, we just had his phone number and used his help a lot. Also when he was not at work, gave us advices, tried to hurry the results notification

1. Internet was very slow...it was poblematic to view movies online. 2. We were able to order food that was included in our stay, different from the whole menu, for free...BUT no one told us till the 2nd day or stay that there is such an option. So we've spend near 60$ for no purpose for lunch and dinner

Nice place, quite, superb management staff always ready to help : printing , laundry , taxi call, perfect room service and very professional employés.The hotel is not in the city centre but it s an advantage do to huge traffic in the city center, you will not be in rush for your last day because airport is less than 10 min from the hotel,
