Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Al Qassim

As a frequent visitor since 2015, I like the fact that this hotel has maintained adherence to high standards which keeps this hotel apart relative to the accommodations in its surrounding areas i.e Gassim region.

-Our stay coincides with severe cold weather, and the AC didn’t seem to work properly, although this take away luxury, the weather in the room was acceptable. (Didn’t ask for help from hotel reception has to be said). -Glass shower door produce uncomfortable noise when open and shut. Fire alarm went on during Friday morning, and had to evacuate to be told by The Reception that it was for testing purpose. Think prior notice should have been given to all occupants, as this what would you expect from a five star hotel. The restaurant is below the standards of the hotel.

Staff, cleanliness, attentiveness, quietness, quick check-in check-out, Hussle free. Booked smoking room by mistake, called hotel to change for non-smoking, and was promised to get my wish, and the gentleman in the reception desk (Mr Khalid) did it with a big smile in his face, not implying that he was not wearing face mask though.

Parking is a little bit dark, would be better if it becomes a brighter little bit.

The staff are GREAT starting with Ahmed Almehaimeed at the reception who was more than surprised me with his high level of professionalism and care. He works with passion and dedication. His other colleagues were good as well. Staff at the restaurant and room service were excellent espt Sohail. The hotel as a whole is well known by taxi drivers and easy to reach.

The price I thought a bit high for the room. Prices for meals is too high.

The gym was very old and bad. It is really the worst ever gym I have seen in any hotel. SPA is not working either. Machines are broken. This is the black point.

We've stayed in this hotel before and was impressed with our suite. Actually, very surprised. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. With the exception of what I mentioned above about what I didn't like, all else was great. Staff, facilities, and amenities are good. I love staying here when I have go to Qassim for medical treatment.

We stayed in the Executive King Suite rm 811 July 5-6th 2021. I recommend installing a garment hook in the smaller bathroom, raise the electrical outlets above the counter top where the microwave and fridge is located, and make sure carpets are regularly shampooed and vacuumed well. My second rm 812 King rm tub wasn't cleaned properly.

Location on the road to Madena Easy, quick check-in and out Free friendly, helpful staff in the front desk The room looked like it just recently got renovated, looks really good, clean, and spacious, the washroom was super clean, with huge rain shower area.

The price was high for one room. The breakfast was very limited.

I liked the hospitality , The reception were friendly and helpful , It was clean room and the facilities were new also, Generally it was great experience

Good value for money, excellent facilities and huge rooms that are designed aesthetically. All amenities in place.

Breakfast variety needs to be improved. Very few choices for a 5 star hotel.

I like everything else with the exception of the above mentioned.

Rm 811 King Executive Suite could've used a better carpet shampooing and vaccuming. Second bathroom could use a garment hook on the door or wall. Electrical outlet above counter top could be raised a little higher in order to be able to plug 🔌 chargers, etc. King rm 812 tub could've been a little clearer.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ramada hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
