NEAT AND TIDY..SPACIOUS RECEPTION LOUNGE AND WELL VENTILATED SWIMMING POOL. THE RESTAURANT IS SPACIOUS WITH GOOD BUFFET. VERY ACCOMMODATING AND WELCOMING RECEPTION NAMED ARAB.

THE CLOTHES CLOSET/CABINET WARDROBE - THE DESIGN IS POSHLY GOOD BUT ITS NOT IDEAL FOR STORING AND HANGING FORMAL CLOTHES ITS OPEN EXPOSED WITH NO CABINET DOORS AND DIVIDERS. LACK OF TABLE SPACE FOR DOCUMENTARY WORKS. THE REF IS SO SMALL AND PLACED AT THE FLOOR UNDER THE DESK TABLE HARD TO REACH AND BEND ALL THE TIME. LACK OF SHELF FOR BAGGAGE STORAGE.

Great personnel who will go out of their way to try and get you an early checkin if you arrive early in the morning. Very helpful and friendly, we managed to check in around 3 hours before official checkin time. The hotel is located next to one of the best streets in Jeddah, according to our taxi driver, however the exact hotel location is a bit far from most things. There isn't much around, you most definitely need a taxi to get just about anywhere, including any of the malls and restaurants. As those are pretty cheap, it's not really an issue, just something to keep in mind. Price is great and hotel rooms are Ibis standard - decent, modern, not too adventurous or special, if you've ever stayed in another Ibis before, this is no different and you'll get just about the same experience here as anywhere else. The price is absolutely amazing.

Location, although close to one of the main roads, is a bit far from everything and not walkable. Not really any restaurants around if you want to go out in the morning or evening by walking to get something to eat. Taxi required.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Check-in was easy, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Even after a mix-up with the laundry, the hotel manager himself dealt with the situation personally and even offered a discount, and he could not have been more kind and professional. I highly rate the Ibis City Centre and will be recommending it to all my contacts that need to travel to Jeddah for business.

Not much. A gym, sauna, and steam room would make this place a 10...but that's just my opinion

The Hotel location is great!! Close to all the landmarks and opening in Al Tahlia Street, which is one of the main roads in Jeddah where all the retail stores have outlets at. For shopping lovers, the hotel is very close to a number of shopping malls and outlets. Also, restaurants are just within walking distance. The hotel staff are really great, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Saoud Al Harbi, who went above and beyond to ensure that I am happy and make my stay pleasant. I have to admit he succeeded in doing so. He constantly checked on me and was super helpful and decent; his Managerial skills are really impressive, and he was leading by example. The One Bedroom apartment was spacious well designed, and very comfortable, I simply liked everything about it. This Hotel will always be my home whenever i am in Jeddah :)

The over all hotel venue and staff..:-) especially the receptionists Arab and Mohammed..they are very accommodating. The Bangali Room Cleaner Shonag? He is helpful and accommodating also. The Egyptian technician who fix my safety box was excellent he respond to the problem immediately..The restaurant set up and food was good..The swimming pool was huge and with good facilities. Highly commendable hotel to stay for leisure and business purposes.:-)

The small cabinet or open clothes rack and lack of table to work on my paper works.

First of all this property is not Ibis Jeddah City Centre, this property is Adagio City Centre. Rooms were spacious, location was good.

House keeping staff is not good, rooms were not properly cleaned and no refill for hand wash and body wash for our entirely 3 nights stay. Mattress and bed sheets should be replaced immediately as they are not comfortable.

we booked for non smoking room, yes it was provided yet upon entering the room it smelled cigarettes.

This is a modern hotel and absolutely to standard to the Ibis I have been to in the past. The breakfast buffet is great (hot, cold, mezze, selection of bread etc) and plenty. I read that somebody was mocking off the pineapple coming from a tin. Well, there is fresh orange, watermelon, apples - not sure why this would even have to be mentioned. The young staff at reception was very kind and welcoming, so were the waiters in the restaurant. My room was comfy with all the amenities needed when you are discovering the area. Malls, a few restaurants, coffee shops and a Danube supermarket nearby; 25 mins away from the airport. Loved it and will return :)

Accessibility and location of the hotel is very good. The staff are very polite, courteous and helpful. Overall, the hotel premises and rooms are very clean and well-maintained.

The soap canister in the washroom is empty from the day I arrived until I left. I was moved to the Apartment with no clear and accurate information that the apartment although bigger is aesthetically inferior to the usual or average room in Ibis.

it’s new with strategic location in the city center almost the pool is nice the restaurant looks delicious they’ve sent a complimentary breakfast one day the rooms for a family less than 4 is okay

that the housekeeper enters whenever he wants with his with his keys to clean up he just need to knock the door three times if no answer he comes in I found that kind of intrusion when we are sleeping they sometimes doesn’t pick up calls even after several attempts specially if your calling form outside if they can be flexible with pool time ( they close at 19:00) !! they is no life guard or swimming coach just in case the reception people got made at me when I shouted and I’m sorry about that but they pay me back with the selection of the rooms each in one building it was exhausting
