Housekeeping staff, including Zakir and Muminul did exceptionally well.

The hotel has almost everything very good and I would give 10 but there are few major issues they have. I am mentioning the positive points here. Very clean room and toilets, facilities, excellent room service and nice location to go to haram (very close), lots of elevators, good shops and food courts. Excellent room boys particularly (Jakir, Joy and Amal).

Male reception guys are not cordial at all (females were much better), hotel boy in the reception was most awful, it seemed he was the owner of the hotel and was not helping to show the parking and getting the luggage from the car. Most importantly, there was none to receive you and guide you, it seems they are careless. Parking was paid and was not clarified in the webpage and it was very expensive. Extra bed in my room was awful, it should not be in any hotel.

Highly recommended! Very close to Haram, as the Haram gates were just at less than a minute distance when you are out of the hotel. Very friendly staff, much appreciate the help from the reception staff and the manager Ms. Sara Al Ghamdi for reservation management, and the hotel staff Mr. Bilal and Mr. Ismail for keeping the room in order. Good selection of breakfast.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! The staff's genuine care for guests made my stay incredibly enjoyable. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Highly recommend! 10/10 for housekeeping staff Alamin, Rajiv, Zakir and Mominul.

1) excellent check in service by Hanan at the reception 2) room & bathroom was clean; i got twin bed which is good enough for family of 3 (2 adults & 1 child) 3) near main gate 329 (which also means near ladies gate) 4) bin dawood, markets & restaurants are nearby 5) tip: use UBER app for taxis, super cheap & convenient

1) wifi is BAD (hotel's fault); better to have your own Mobile data package (STC recommended; Zain is just okay) 2) construction noise in the morning (not Hotel's fault)

Overall its a very good facility in terms of service, cleanliness and location. Staff are very good and cooperative especially cleaner Asadullah and Rakib, they have provided best service as possible. Strongly recommend this facility.

Location very good. Breakfast is good and good thing is they daily slightly change the BF menu.

Staff behavior is not friendly, very rude behavior. Breakfast ended at 10 AM, but they close to refill the item after 9:30 AM.

Loved the location of the hotel, convenient and easy walk to haram, only takes about 2 minutes. The housekeeping staff at level 5 Mr. Tajul Islam and Mr. Noman gave exceptional service 24 hours. They provided whatever we asked. They were very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options and all items were being refilled constantly. Room came with nespresso machine and they refilled the capsules on demand. This hotel is very modern and a lot of thought was put into the room design and amenities. There are about 10 elevators in this hotel which is great. 4 levels of basement parking available with a small fee upfront (57 riyals/day)

Reception staff come out rude at times and are not eager to help. They need more training with regards to hotel policy and attitude. One of the reception told me parking is free and available at the back of the hotel, when I drove my car there, the guard informed that we need a parking permit. Nothing was mentioned about a permit at the reception. Had to drive back to the reception only to find out that parking is not free and does need a permit. Check-in process took about 40 mins, at 11PM when there wasn't much rush.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. I have stayed other properties as well in the same area but this stands out for sure. The staff was very supportive and cooperative. Especially Mr. Bilal and Mr. Munir were very supportive and available all the time. The check-in process was very smooth and amazing lifts considering the area and the number of people. My family loved it and for sure we will be back🙂

I wanted to extend one night but the process could have been smoother. Even though I booked with booking but when at the property I can directly deal with the hotel.

Very nice services, I would like to mention the Housekeeping boy, Hasan & Shakul and their supervisor Mr. Tamir. very nice a competent. Breakfast was very nice. Staff is very friendly. Defiantly stay on the same hotel on my next visit.
