Novotel Suites Riyadh Dyar

The location is👌. Walking distance especially if you want to go and see the Kingdom Center. The neighborhood was friendly, and safe to walk around even at night. There were malls and other shopping area to enjoy, and you could take taxi or rent their chauffeur if you wanted to go see other areas such as the Riyadh Winter Wonderland. The staffs were great too. The security, the reception, the housekeeping, the restaurant personnel and the chauffeur. Although the hotel was not as new as other Novotel in other country, I could say that the staff always do their job to make their guests welcome. I felt safe even if I stayed there alone(female traveller). Their car was clean, the chauffeur was respecting, the reception was listening to instructions. The restaurant served me with the jumbo prawns even at 11:36pm. If I needed something they would come as fast as they could. Staffs speak English well. It was a lovely stay!😍 I had tried Novotel in Philippines too, and I could say that the staffs are what I thought to be the reason why both these hotel thrive well coz they serve the guests the best they could.🥰

The faucet leak. It has no damage, but due to its height, the water would stream from the hole to its body and then to the sink. In the morning, the water would pool at the edge of the sink and if you are not careful it would spill on the floor.

Location , Room view on the iconic building ,room interior looks so modern and clean , easy parking and quiet location and it’s in center of downtown.

Minor things which is the elevator o think the internal sound for floor indication need to be off and the elevator interior needs to be renovated

As I was travelling for work and spent quite less time in the room but still I want to say that the rooms were quite spacious and well sanitized. Breakfast was also good and quite delicious.

There is nothing that I will not like abut the hotel as the location was quite good and the atmosphere was also nice specially the staffs are quite friendly.

I found all the staff are doing their duty best so all things are neat, clean & healthy. It is close by Kingdom Tower, many malls, other Hotels, etc. Also, the food is of good quality and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel. Many thanks to Novotel team. And I wish you good luck.

very old furniture with holes from cigarette family room booked with breakfast and dinner - only 1 diner for 3 guest looks weirdly. in the family room - 1 cup for tea set

very friendly staff, nice location, very good breakfast.

Don’t try to enter underground parking if you are driving SUV and not an expert driver. very narrow passage going down and up, will scratch your car. I booked for 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids) but only one bath towel was kept in the room, only one tea cup was in the room.

the hotel is excellent and central located parking ( basement) is little narrow but can be manage specially n the hot weather breakfast is good room is good bathroom needs to be improve while taking shower lots of water will go inside the area but beside that rooms are excellent , i have stay 1 more extra day in this hotel i recommended people to visit this hotel sure

hmmmm what has to be improve as i booked for me and my wife but inside the bathroom only 1 towel was available housekeeping personal has to be more sharp on those small details

-Location is failrly good if you’re there for business - The beds are clean and comfortable - Friendly staff

- furniture is little outdated - windows need to be cleaned but I guess Riyadh weather is dusty anyway - undergraduate parking is tight but I usually commute if I decided to stay there.

The views from our room are amazing, waking up to the kingdom tower. It’s also great for going to other areas as close near city centre.

The bed was a bit creaky & carpets need replacing.

the fridge and the microwave was not working. I called them to check on them also when they changed the fridge it was not working they did not put bathroom robe
