Garni Boutique Hotel Arta

We spent overnight in this hotel travelling through Serbia. The room was exceptionally beatiful, with a modern beautiful design. Bathroom was also modern and nicely decorated. Both room and bathroom were very clean. There is parking in an inner court, our car was parked close to our room, so it was very easy to move the luggage. Breakfast was very good, with both hot and cold varieties, desert and fruits, coffee, juice, the works. There are restaurants nearby as well as bakeries. Staff speak English. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will go back.

The hotel is newly refurbished, everything is very clean, rooms and bathrooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has a private parking with a few places so your car will be safe. The facilities of the hotel are ok for the price asked.

The breakfast was quite poor, with not so many choices. The hotel is situated quite far from the city centre, so you will need to go by car, taxi or public transport (bus station near the hotel) to the city centre. The walking distance to central landmarks is about 45 minutes. Uber is not available in Serbia.

Hotel is in good location - close to boulevard, city center and Promenada shoping center. There was enough parking places. Breakfast was all right and room was spacious.

Shower gel dispenser did not work and we could use only soap. We asked receptionists twice to resolve this and on our third day we got a bottle of shower gel. This is really small thing and should not happen. Room and especially bathroom could be cleaner.

This is a relatively new hotel with its own parking, and it is very convenient for short stay in Novi Sad. The rooms are very different, they have better ones and not so good ones. Due to lack of staff, our room was not ready upon our arrival and we had to stay in a smaller room for our first night. However, they apologized for this inconvenience and gave us a bottle of wine as a gift. Staff at the reception desk is very nice and helpful.

If you want to have a warm breakfast, you should get up quite early. After 8:30, eggs and bacon are cold. Cleaning ladies can appear at 5 pm to clean the room. Sometimes they just provide a toilet paper, and do not change the towels or clean anything!

Great service, super friendly and helpful staff. To mention Darko, Natasha and Nemanja as the people with whom I interacted. They helped me a lot and made my stay very pleasant.

I did end up paying an extra amount for my dog, which was of course mentioned in the website. However, most hotels when they charge for a dog, they do offer something in return, extra bed, toys etc. I did not understand that charge - my dog ended up sleeping on the floor, causing no trouble at all but at the end was charged.

It is a very cute hotel. Parking at the property, rooms are clean and comfy. Staff very nice!

Our room was turned to a busy street, there was noise from construction work accross the street and cars passing, dogs barking. We wouldn’t mind if the window was closed… bit it was so hot because of the heating (which you cannot regulate) that we needed to get some fresh and cold air.

Good and friendly service. The room was clean, everything was re-filled and there were some extra pillows and blankets. The hotel was really quiet and the staff was great! Also, parking space for the guests made my life much, much easier.

It’s a bit further from the city center, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

New, clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, non-smoking room for breakfast, free parking. Location is close to the all necessary things. If you travel by car, it is very good.

The only a bit disturbing thing was sound of construction works nearby. They work during workdays, weekends and nights were Ok.

- the reception staff was extremly nice and helpful. Providing us with tips for dinner, taxi service etc.. We felt very welcome and at home. - secured and spacious parking (works for pickups or SUVs) - good breakfast (eggs, ham, vegetables, pancakes etc..) - we got everything what we asked and wished for! - despite not central location, there is a good bbq place 50m away from the hotel as well as Danube River with great fish restaurants (1.5km away)

- the bathroom could be cleaner (hair in the corners)

We liked the homemade fresh food for breakfast.

One of the rooms we used was with a bath which was too small and there was no curtain to prevent the water splashing everywhere while taking a shower, it is supposed to be used only as a bath not as a shower. The other room has a shower cabin and it is fine.
