Lakeview Boutique Hotel & Conference Center

The reception was excellent. The lady who welcomed us was full of a positive and welcoming energy. Noting we were to stay the entire weekend and leave only on a Monday she put us in the most comfortable two bedroom unit each with a double bed and seperate bathroom . . We highly appreciate that gesture. The place was clean.

The place is small and Cosy. It can only improve by installing car ports with our hail riddled country they can come handy

The property is very clean and the staff was extremely exceptional. Breakfast was great and the stay was awesome 👌. I was allowed late check out(13h00)as my flight was late in the afternoon, and this was done for free. 😎

Everything was great 👍. The safe in my room was not operational but that did not spoil the good mood 👍

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the overall setup of the facilities was cosy. Beer was cold and Breakfast was good so overall all was fine.

There was no hot water available to shower in the morning and the shower head was spraying water all over. Other than this the accommodation and staff were great.

Staff were friendly and efficient, Room was clean and had everything that was neccessary and the price was affordable

TV stations were poor and are below standard for the establishment. Breakfast appliances need some attention - 1 x toaster does not work, the other toaster does not have the plastic knob to switch the toaster on. In Winter it would be great to have warm plates as the dining area is very cold and by the time you get the eggs to the table - they are ice cold.

The staff were friendly, very accommodating and always ready to assist. They have a bar onsite so we did not need to go out for beverages. All the bedrooms had full length mirrors so that was a bonus. A very well run establishment.

The safes in the rooms had no batteries so that made us a bit uneasy, but no security issues arose.

The place is nice and quite the food everything was good and the staff was friendly I like their smile they also there to assist if you need anything the rooms was nice and clean I really enjoyed my stay there I will definitely come back again

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and parking was easily accessible. My room's view was also cozy, clean, and most importantly, comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were both perfectly prepared and delicious.

What I didn't like, or should I say what could be improved, is the Lakeview to consider a boat cruise around the lake with coffee on board.

The ambiance, where it is situated, and the size of the room amazing finishes.

It says it's a non-smoking establishment however the room I was initially given had a very strong smoke odor, I suffer from sinus so struggled to sleep and was blocked. The next day requested a different room whic had no smoke odor.

The staff is super friendly. The pool and outdoor area exceptionally beautiful.

The bathroom wasn’t super clean. Can they improve on that. The sliding wasn’t working properly.

Location that worked perfectly for me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and good shower

Not warm enough. I had to ask for additional heater, I got it right away
