Location is great if you're in Jeonju to visit the hanok village, it's just across the hotel. Buses are also nearby going to the ktx station and the city. The room was spacious, clean and it had a beautiful bathroom. Comfortable place for my stay.
I didn't like the air-conditioning system, it was complicated to figure out. It was noisy for me so I wanted to turn it off. Pressing the power button to do that didn't work, which was frustrating because aircons are usually straightforward. There are no instructions provided. Also having a 'please clean my room card' would be more convenient than having to send the staff a message.

Inflexible, every request comes with a cost. E.g asked for a room with a view w20,000 extra, asked for an hour extension to check out time w20,000. Asked for an extra night price increased to w40,000 more with a downgraded room 😲

They love there high tech buttons /lights etc. All good , but when you wake up to go to bathroom at night, the sensor turns lights on - very bright and impossible to control.

Perfect location! Love the modern, cozy and cool decor of the hotel. Heated flooring in the room. The reception staffs speak good English, very helpful and friendly! They even recommend some good bibimbap restaurants nearby. I think having good staffs at the front desk in any hotel is a big plus for travellers! Well done N-Bridge Hotel!

American Breakfast was a little unusual but very tasty and excellent value. Unfortunately we were not told about breakfast and hence missed out on the first morning because we hadn't booked.

Love it that I just have to cross the bridge and I reach Hanok Village. Nambu Market is walkable distance as well. Staff were really friendly and nice too. Many food restaurants nearby as well. Will choose this hotel again if I ever come back.

The staff were very friendly and helped me print KTX tickets that I had bought online through my phone. Location is very close to the Hanok Village! Around 10 mins drive from the Bus terminal.

It was advertised as a view over the hanok village, which is one of the main reasons why we booked but unfortunately the view from our room was completely blocked by trees. It was still a beautiful room but that was disappointing

1. Very clean 2. Very neat 3. Separated toilet from a shower booth 4. Super comfortable bed 5. Well cared, or expensive looking (lol) furnitures = good vibe in the room 6. Automatically the a/c in the room turned on when I entered the room = which means I don’t need to stay in cold room and waiting for the room being warm. 7. Breakfast delivery which was included in reservation 8. Warm floor on the shower, washing area 9. Soap smells really good, I liked it very much.
Don’t expect mini bar cuz I got only 2 bottles of water in a tiny fridge. Better to grab something to drink or eat before check in
