Four Points by Sheraton Josun, Seoul Station

Staff is professional, friendly & welcoming. Room is clean with comfortable bedding; our room was located on 28th floor with superb view of Seoul stations, we enjoyed watching the coming and going of trains and subways all day. Hotel has direct underground connection to Seoul Station. Location is great, right by Line 4 Seoul Station (Exit 12). Note: L4 is an extremely convenient line to many places like Myeongdong, Dongdaemun and it has easy exchange to other lines.

Room is rather small for 2 persons even with 2 small luggage, understandably it's catered more as a business hotel. Toiletries are not checked & refilled promptly - on 3 days we ran out of conditioner & shower gel. Overall dim lighting in the room even with all the lights switched on, we resorted to turning on the TV (on mute) to provide extra lighting ;)

Sheraton Four Points Seoul Station is a comfortable, western style hotel located close to Seoul Station, the city's main hub for trains and a major metro station. The rooms are found on the 20th floor and higher, which means street and rail noise is negligible. Our room was a bit small, but it had a good bed and very fine bathroom. The staff is helpful.and professional. The proximity to Seoul Station meant we could take the metro, long-distance rail (KTX ), and airport express train quite easily. Its. central location makes walking an option to some markets, palaces, and museums. It offers both laundry service and coin-operated laundry.

Honestly, there's very little not to like. The room is small but still functional. The walkway from the hotel to Seoul Station is convenient but hard to find at first. From the Station, you will want to go to the subway level and head toward Exit 12.

Location is near Seoul station and this was the only reason I stayed there. The room was very clean when I checked in and the hotel is an ok one. But seems to be used a lot by those who want to get to or from the train station.

Disliked · The distance from the train station to the hotel is far. I won't recommend trying to get there late at night cause you have to go through many doors in other buildings which might be closed esp late night

It was a good stay. Clean and fairly comfortable. The staff were friendly. Decent location. Easy to get a bus or train from the hotel.

From Seoul station, it's easy to get to. You can walk outside down the street or use exit 12. Unfortunately, when you're at the ktx level, the exit is hard to find. The exit is also on the side of line 4, so if you need line 1 or the airport line, it's a good walk. Could use more signs, but overall, no real negatives.

Location was good, walking distance to Seoul Station which is a major transportation hub, and the bus stop is right opposite hence taking the public transport was very convenient. Many local eateries and local markets nearby too 👍🏻

The WC could use some additional cloth hooks to hang some light laundry. We bought some instant ramyeon to eat in the room but no utensils available in the hotel room, so we asked to borrow from The Eatery on the 19th floor.

Great location if you need to be close to Seoul station. It is just a short walk away and the hotel is surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies etc. It was also possible to access the metro station via the basement levels of the building.

The hotel restaurant had a limited food menu which was a shame. Also, the hotel lobby is located on the 19th floor; personally I wasn’t bothered by this but it may be an issue for some.

Very far away from Seoul Station (Arex). Need to go through multiple doors that is heavy to push, while you are carrying luggage/baggage.

1. Location. Subway line #1 and #4 and Seoul train station are connected to the entrance to the hotel. Bus stop is right front of the hotel. Limousine bus #6001 from and to InCheon International airport stop front of the hotel. 2. Friendly and helpful staffs including front desk, restaurant and room cleaning staffs. They have genuine smiles and desire to serve attitudes! 3. Room was comfortable, clean, and modern with all the necessary amenities. 4. Water bottles were complimentary. 5. Amazing breakfast!!!

I was not able to book the reservation directly through the hotel. The hotel web site reservation got stuck repeatedly. Therefore, I made reservation through Booking.com which was easy and smooth. Undesirable issue was that I found out the hotel did not give me Marriott Bonvoy points I deserved because of the reservation was made through the third party, Booking.com through the hotel.

Loved the size of our room, ample space for two adults and one child. Beds were super comfortable and the aircon was always at the right temperature. Bathroom and toilet area was huge, bathtub was great to relax in after a day of walking around. Room was always clean. Staff were always helpful. The buffet breakfast wasn’t as big as the bigger hotels, but there was enough variety there and everything tasted good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel

The reception is at level 19, not in the entry lobby, small inconvenience when you first arrive

Easy connection to airport by train, and metro was a 4-minute walk away via an underground pass. Extremely good services by the housekeeping team, cleanliness and tidiness were great. Receptionists ensured our needs were well taken care of.

Rooms were slightly cramped, but expected. Air-conditioning only provided hot air during the winter season, and the windows could only open slightly, which resulted in the room being quite stuffy. The reception was kind enough to provide a floor fan to mitigate this problem. More hangars/pegs in the toilet would have been good to hang clothes/towels.
