Hotel Equo Aranjuez

We received a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived at the hotel, we sorted out the appropriate paperwork and then settled into our rooms which were clean and comfortable. We had a lovely surprise when the lady who booked us in arrived with two glasses of bubbly and some cakes, totally unexpected. They do have a pool area but we did not avail of this. The bar area was nice and cosy, they also do a selection of different nibbles. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again, it was very pleasant and not too far from the bustle of the towns bars and eateries.

Cannot say there was anything that sprung to mind, a nice experience.

Very pleased with our requested quiet room allocation and excellent breakfast. We also appreciated the allocated garage parking. The bedroom was very clean and the bathroom spacious. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the Royal Palace and gardens.

Disappointed that there was a green emergency escape light inside the room above our bedroom door which shone all night. The bed was very firm with only a shared bolster pillow. So unfortunately an uncomfortable sleep.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Great tapas place just over the road. Nice firm bed. Good view of the bullring over the road. Had a terrace with chairs and small table. Decent aircon. Underground paid car parking belonging to the hotel (for an additional charge) with CCTV.

Only thing I could find was the sink had a missing plug, only saying this because I have a wet shave.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean, had plenty if space and had a lovely terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the room had great air conditioning.

The breakfast was a let down for us. We didn't feel there was very much to choose from and the food we ate was only moderate.

The hotel room was lovely, despite not being large. The staff were friendly, efficient and spoke very good English. The breakfast was plentiful and had a large variety of choice. The hotel offers large parking bays and in an area where parking is limited, this is a bonus.

Good location surrounded by restaurant and bars. 15 min walk to the parks. The AC is really good, just what you need when its 42dg outside. Secure underground parking for the motorcycle

Price is a little bit steep especially when you add in another 12 euros for parking.

Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Lots of variety in the food. It was a little busy waiting for the drinks machine and toaster, but all in all no real problems.

Have another drinks machine.

Great location- quiet but close to restaurants and bars. Comfortable room with great view of the bullring from the terrace.

Nothing- it suited our needs as an overnight stop over. Easy to access from the motorway

Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Property should improve Air Conditioning. It was not working properly during my stay. Breakfast bufet could have more variety..
