Hotel Servigroup Venus

The location was absolutely perfect. The staff were amazing particularly Elena on reception not only was she really friendly. She also gives out lots of local tips. Also the chefs on both breakfast and dinner have to be commended for their presentation and professionalism at the show cooking. The food was totally amazing and there was always something for everyone.outside space was amazing with lots of sun beds and the staff on the bar were really friendly and very welcoming. The entertainment during the day was really good and they were very enthusiastic and entertaining.

Really nice weather very hot so was very uncomfortable in room as no aircon as we where told it doesn’t go on because of it being out of season only thing that would put me of booking there again think yous should look into this

We went full board the food was excellent with lots of choice, the staff where always pleasant and very helpful, we where in a party of 6 and we will all be rebooking for next year.

Our room was facing the road side and I asked if possible could I move to a pool view the man on reception was so accommodating and moved us the next day when a room became available, which was excellent customer service.

location brilliant close enough for beach and bars but not close to hear noise

The bed was hard and fitted with a protective sheet that made me feel like an infant also makes you sweat. small bathroom with glass door. not much privacy when with colleague

I liked everything but mainly the kindness of the staff and the cleanness. The hotel inside is nice and close of the Levante beach.

I would say the swimming pool. I am not a fan but comparing with equivalent hotels maybe something else can be done

It was very clean, staff very helpful and great location. Also had a room available to shower etc prior to our departure as we had checked out at 12 but didn’t leave until 3.

Was difficult trying to book half board after initial booking, hotel directed us to booking.com to add it on and vice versa.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Really good food. Massive pool area more than enough sunbeds. Main reason we have used this hotel for 5 years before lockdown and will definitely be back next year .

The staff were amazing, everyone of them were so helpful, nothing was a problem to them , the concierge was outstanding, pool area was lovely and the full hotel was so clean , very efficiently run .

Room at night did not have air conditioning on .

Very clean, friendly staff, lovely pool area. Close enough to the main areas and a short walk to the beach. Good Sunday market very close by. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice.

No English Tea Bags in dining room , so take your own. No tea/coffee facilities in room.

The pool is awesome. Social area around the pool is super. Food is 5 starts. Animation is good.

The rooms are good but the windows are not so good. The rooms are reasonable but not well isolated in terms of noise.
