Ibis Barcelona Mollet

Mostly everything is at a very high level. The air conditioner is working perfectly. It can be adjusted as needed. A garage is available in the basement of the hotel for €8 per day. Very accessible from the main highway. And there are plenty of free parking spaces in the area. There are supermarkets and a gas station next to the hotel.

On summer days, it would be good to have a small refrigerator in the room, for water or some refreshments.

Very clean, modern, easy access, attentive staff, secure parking and good range of snacks/meals available. Substantial breakfast starting at 06h30. Line R3 to central Barcelona is just under 2 kms walk at Sant Rosa. This meant that I could park the car and just use public transport, recommended for tourists. Plenty of bars/tapas options a short walk away.

Water pressure on the shower wasn't great BUT I realise that there are drought conditions in Catalonia and I suspect the pressure is normally better. Some of the shower tray/screen seals had gone black and need replacing as it is unsightly but everything was very clean.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Barcelon, but Barcelon city center is a 25 minutes train ride. you could get a taxi from the hotel to the train station which runs in about 10 Euros, or you could walk to the nearest train station. Train Route R3 get you from Santa Rosa Mollet Station to Barcelona Catalunya Plaza or Triumph Arch stations. It is the same route back to the hotel. As well you can reach the hotel by Train from the Airport using Train Route R3 and getting down on Mollet Sant Fast station, take a taxi to the hotel is 10 minutes. The hotel's quiet is nice; you can go to the busy Barcelona center and come back to a nice quiet hotel, to get ready for the next day. The staff is very helpful, and friendly. The restaurant is simple but ti has a great breakfast and two main menus for dinner as well as other local foods.

I have no comments, this is a great hotel for the price!

Rooms are large clean and fully air con. breakfast was really nice,, big choice of different foods ,, great coffee. Boiled eggs were wonderful. Wifi was strong and fast. Staff were friendly and super helpful and spoke excellent English. Supermarket 2 min walk away ,, cheap fuel station next door.

More information on the underground car park when making the reservation,, i would have paid for parking. Open the restaurant at 1700 ,, i would have eaten then,.

- Nice clean comfortable bed - Good amount of storage - Bathtub - Soundproofed windows block out the noise of the highway - Bright room - Check out at noon - Fresh juices at breakfast

- Breakfast acceptable, but not good - Scrambled and boiled eggs from yesterday or even even before. - Had to pay 9EUR/day for parking. This is not an inner city hotel, but a hotel by the highway, you can't even get here without a car.

Very nice hotel, cheaper than you can ever find in Barcelona. The rooms are basic, but very comfortable and clean. Everyone is really nice and helpful, breakfast is great and you can reach Barcelona (Placa de Catalunya station) in 30 min by train, the station is 20 min walk. Dog friendly and parking are great facilities, even if we paid extra.

The car park is under the hotel with direct access by lift to reception and all floors. The breakfast was plentiful and quality. The room and ensuite was large, clean and comfortable.

A charge to use the hotel carpark (8euro) is mean. There is nowhere else to park apart from on a busy road. The hotel is situated on a road that is parallel to the Autopista AP7 but it is not easy to get to thankfully Booking.com provided very good link for hotel directions.

Quick and fast service, nearby supermarkets make purchasing small stuff a breeze.

Wi-Fi, due to being open and free was quite slow. No toiletry was in the room, not even for the first night, which makes it kind of annoying to have to go down to ask for a toothbrush and similar.

This is a quite basic hotel from a standards point of view. However, given this it is very good. Very clean and fresh, very pleasant and helpful personnel. Rooms are plain but very adequate and in good shape. Nice bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was good.

Location is slightly off but the walk to the center is pleasant and takes about 20 minutes. No problem really.

Location near the train station, staff are nice, and good for economy saving trip

Room is empty! No mini bar! wall socket is only in one place it is not convenient for two adults in same room, Bed are small!
