Utterly beautiful location, surroundings, building and gardens. The rooms are comfortable, immaculate and furnished beautifully. The setting of the pool is wonderful, and the pool itself is a very comfortable salt-water pool.
The food in the restaurant was really disappointing - we were expecting a lot from the talk on the website. The iberico pork was completely overcooked and tough, more like a cheap cut of bacon. The breakfasts were good but unremarkable.

This hotel is on a beautiful location nearby to where the famous bellota ham is produced. The building is beatifully done and the surroundings are very special, in particular the lavender garden.The facilities are brand new and everything is done with lots of care and good taste. The room was very comfortable. The spa and swimming pool areas where impecable, both of them with a nice view. The food was prepared with local ingredientes. The hotel produces its own energy and takes care of the environment. All was great but the best of all was the staff. We left with the best of memories.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels on our long trip in Spain! In the middle of the countryside, the beautiful architecture of the hotel convey an oasis of calm! We also loved the great service and the wonderful breakfast and dinner! The rooms were beautifully furnished, very comfortable with very good beds and pillows! From our side this hotel is a little jewel and recommendable! Many thanks to all the staff for this great stay! Therefore, clearly a 10 rating!

Lovely new boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are comfy and well-appointed. Nice breakfast. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looks lovely. The sauna was nice too.
Just a few details missing from the rooms to make this feel like a special place. The jacuzzi never got hot enough, which was a bummer.

Environment, the hotel architecture and design were great. Nice people, unfortunately understaffed to deliver on the promised service levels.
The restaurant was a disappointment since it was not what we were expecting from their Website announced. Price for a predefined menu was also too high. There is definitely room for improvement.
