Hotel Spa Norat O Grove 3* Superior

Staff was really friendly, we had a welcome snack at the bar and the rooms/beds were comfortable. Breakfast options are really varied and complete and the spa is compact but you can find everything that's in a spa. Locations wise, it's really well located at the port front and it's really easy to park around. The location is ideal to go for a nice walk all by the sea and around town and there's plenty of places to eat and have a drink or go shopping.

TVs in the rooms are a bit outdated but still channels work just fine. The spa and breakfast area can get a bit overcrowded in peak hours.

Lovely rooms, and very friendly staff. Room was very quiet, had good air conditioning and everything we needed for our stay. Location is excellent, 90 metres from the bus station and two minutes' walk from the little town beach - perfect for evening swims if you catch it when the tide is in.

Nada - it was great. (Can't comment on the spa as we didn't try that.)

The staff are super friendly. The rooms are clean, the beds are nice. The breakfast is excellent. Super value for money.

Breakfast doesn't start until 8. If you like an early start, you may want to have breakfast elsewhere. But you can find that out when booking I guess.

The location was great and it had a solarium with sea views. The staff were truly amicable and they helped us in everything they could. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The bar on the rooftop was not open during our stay.

Breakfast was good but... absolutely no vegetables - not even a slice of a tomato or cucumber

The room was very clean and comfy. There were all the commodities and warm water with some pressure. It was good. The staff was very nice. Also, the parking garage was private which is good.

Lacks soundproofing. We could hear everything in the rooms next to us.

Disappointed that a gyn was advertised but there was no gym. Unfortunately my enjoyment of the spa (and that of 6 other people's) was ruined by a couple who were constantly 'making out' in all of the pools. I did mention it to the lady at the reception there but she didn't seem to care much. A shame that noone is monitoring the spa either for safety of this kind of inappropriate behaviour. It really put a dampener on everyone's time there and annoying to pay €15 to ahve to watch that

We got rooms in the 4th floor, with breathtaking sights over the Ria de Arousa and Marina, and a nice terrace next door. Photographers will take advantage of the light during sunrise and sunset.

We choose this place to stay one night and enjoy their SPA. It's a good place, totally clean, with comfortable beds and very very good breakfast service. Spa good as well.

Very dated bathrooms and charge for a coffe capsule. No kettle.
