The hotel is situated a few hundred metres from the plaza mayor and some excellent restaurants. The views were spectacular from our room. A good choice on the breakfast menu . Staff were very friendly and were very helpful

Really well located. The room was big enough for us and 2 kids and have everything that you need. The breakfast was really good, they have different options to choose.
The internet was slow to use Netflix.The bath tub was a bit dirty, but we change the water and it was fine.

Fantastic central location close to the Plaza Mayor and all the cities best sites. Lovely, comfortable and well appointed room together with the welcoming staff and location made for a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here next time.

The location is both good and bad. It is at the top of the hill close to plaza mayor and has excellent access to th main sights.
The location is not ideal to see anything lower down the hill as it is a steep walk back up and exhausting

The location was great next to the castle. The dinner was delicious especially the salad. The room was spacious and cozy. The staff was very nice.
There wasn't parking and it was not allowed to park in the square (fines).

Hotel and surrounding area were old and interesting . There was a bowl of fresh fruit in the room plus toiletries, hand sanitizer and face masks.
The hotel was hard to find using the sat nav . Whilst the hotel was great, I think it would be impossible for someone with mobility problems to access.
