Easy to find from the motorway. Good free parking and closed parking available. Restaurant offered a choice of light and heavier meals. Good Spanish breakfast. Helpful staff everywhere.

Bouncy lifts would not have been out of place in a funfair. Poor lighting in the otherwise luxurious bathroom. When we got home we found that our credit card had an unjustified charge from Hotel at Booking.com Amsterdam NL We have still not managed to contact them to reclaim it. Is it an error or a theft?

Spacious room and bathroom. Secured parking under the hotel ( paid, but gives you peace of mind while travelling with all your stuff in the car ). You can also park your car in front of the hotel, but this parking is not secure.

Some doors need to be adjusted or some hinges oiled.. they can make quite some noise.

The staff were amazing, the food was excellent, some of the best steaks I've had anywhere in the world. Our room was large and clean. Easy access from the motorway.

No tea making facilities in the room. I didn't mind but my wife missed it.

Everything! The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant ( and spoke English when I struggled with my Spanish). Mariano Perez in the restaurant/ cafeteria area was exceedingly helpful and friendly - above and beyond his duties, he helped us connect with the q code menus and recommended some great dishes! The food and wine he recommended were terrific and we enjoyed it very much. He is a a lovely man and a wonderful asset to the hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and amazingly quiet for a hotel so close to the motorway and the bed was very comfortable - we had the best night's sleep in a long time! Everything seemed to be well done and of high quality. Fabulous! We were extremely impressed ( and we are not easily impressed!)

Sadly the pool was closed but that was obviously because of Covid reguations and not the fault of the hotel! ( it looked very inviting)

When we arrived staff member told us that he had a room for 4 which should be cheaper than the 2 we booked until he realized that it wasn’t possible. Expectation management has never been so bad … Breakfast could be improved

the location was convenient, just off the motorway. room was comfortable. large bath towels. evening meal was excellent.

nothing in particular though the buffet breakfast was disappointing. no fresh sliced fruit and we were not offered eggs. little choice of food.

Rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. Great for a one night stopover on our long drive to Niguelas. Had onsite parking in winter

Not much around unless you drive to the little town. Didn't eat at restaurant on premise.

Plenty of parking space, even for our (large) Renault Trafic. Easy check-in procedure, with a patient and helpful young lady who spoke little English, but was more than charming. When I later asked for a topper (the bed was hard for us), I was able to get an extra blanket (that she brought to the room herself) to put under the bottom sheet.

Truly, the mattress would benefit from a topper. It was far too hard for us... And we missed an electric kettle in the room, as well as extra pillows.

Very helpful staff and very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very well cleaned and maintained to a high standard. The wifi is excellent and very helpful to have when you need to use it for important things. There is parking available for free if you have a car or rental vehicle. Lastly, it is easy to find as it has an iconic look of "Lego" which I find brings a fun level to an excellent place to stay. Would happily recommend.

It's a quiet area but you will still have some noise from people coming in and out of their rooms as well as chat.
