location, safe parking for our motorcycles and the staff were very pleasant

couldn’t get the aircon to work but not a big issue

staff was very pleasant, hotel is clean, room make up every day, food is tasty (but wish more variety for children menu), very good location

No holders for soap and shampoo in the bath- it would be more comfortablewith it; Would have a kettle in the room with a few tea bags; no cleaning on the balcony

The hotel was excellent, literally in front of the beach, with good amenities / restaurants nearby. It was nicely furnished, everything new and very clean, big comfortable bed, amazing shower. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Details mostly, for example although the breakfast was great the options of bread were always a bit dry, and the fruit could do with being a bit more prepared (sliced, peeled, etc). The towels weren’t great either, too small and often with holes and ripped edges, incompatible with the quality of the hotel as a whole. Also, and this is irrelevant to the comfort of your stay, but as an advice to the managers, we felt like the reception and entrance hall were too small and a bit outdated in terms of the architecture and finishes, again incompatible with the quality of the furnishing of the rooms. The hotel definitely deserves a nicer, more sophisticated reception area.

Air conditioning was great, shower was great, buffet dinner was great - no problems at all with the hotel and the price for the night.

I used 'parking' as a filter to find the hotel; when we arrived, we had to pay an additional 15 euros per night for parking, which I was not happy with.

bad dog odour in room , dogs barking that was left in rooms didn’t cater for people who didn’t have dogs / with pet allergies

Beachfront location in a quiet part of Salou. Very clean hotel overall. Powerful shower, comfy beds, fridge in the room. Were pleasantly surprised with room being cleaned every day despite 3 stars. "Side sea view room" had an amazing sea view! I would not call it "side". Bus stop and a shop right outside.

- Arrived at 11pm and were told that all shops in vicinity are closed. Turned out that there is a small store with all the necessities (drinks, snacks, ice, etc) right next door open till midnight. - A notice in the lift says 20% discount in the restaurant for the residents, but it turned out to be for food only. However, no food was available on Saturday due to some private party with no prior notice. - It's a dog friendly hotel, so be prepared to barking at any point. - Weak and dropping wi-fi, but this is a common issue in Salou.

Beautiful beach just steps away. Restaurants, shopping, banks, etc. within walking distance. Spacious balcony overlooking the ocean Very comfortable beds Extremely clean I would highly recommend!

When booking, I was offered a meal plan. I picked breakfast only. The first day, I thought; "oh my, this is awesome". By the 5th day, I thought; "please let there be at least one new option. What a NON complaint.

The room very spacious for 3 persons (we had 4 beds),very modern,the bathroom also,and the view from the balcony was amazing,the beach is over the street The breakfast was one of the best i ever eat in a hotel ,and i travel a lot. The personnel very helpfull and kind. The sound of the sea hearing from the bed was the most beatufiul sensation.

Casablanca Playa is deffinetelly what they promise.It is exactly on the beach,you can see the Balearic Sea from your room,watching the sunset/sunrise from your room. The staff is extremelly polite,calm and all the time smilling.Many of them don’t speak english buy they totally understand what you need. The food is exceptional,extremelly tasteful.We had breakfast /lunch/dinner at the hotel every day as we couldn’t go somewhere else,the food was too good to try somewhere else.Out child was waking up very early not to miss breakfast. Something very nice which never heard before happened there.We took a bottle of wine in the first evening buy we hardly drank half of it maybe less and they said they can keep it in the fridge until next dinner.And this is how they did all 5 nights with our wine.It was so nice,like in your own house☺️ The bed is very confortable,hot water every time you need,towels changing whenever you need. We are very happy that we chosed this hotel and if we would go back to Salou one day again we will definetelly choose the same hotel.

The breakfast experience was awful! First of all, it was extremely cold in the restaurant. There were 2 degrees Celsius the morning of our stay, and I think the restaurant was equally cold. No heating sources, all doors wide open, everyone eating with their jackets on, just awful. The food was mediocre, stale, and… cold of course.
