Aparthotel Duquesa Playa

On arrival we were met by a lovely member of staff (female, can't remember her name sorry) who was very welcoming. Our room was very clean with everything we needed provided. The roof top pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun beds and a lovely seating area. The location was perfect - we could walk to all of the many restaurants and bars available and it was also a short walk to the beach.

The only criticism was the fact that the balcony to our room (201) was facing a building site and there was some noise from the work being carried out there. Not a fault of the apartment block but not the best view from our balcony!

The best part of the hotel were the outstanding staff. Walid and his team were warm, friendly and extremely professional. Yolanda was most notably of the team - always happy to help, knowledgeable and friendly. Made us feel we were the only guest in the hotel. The location of the hotel was also excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The beds were not the most comfortable, the a/c was not the most powerful and the showers needed adjustment.

incredible location, right by the beach (with a view of the sea from the balcony) and easy walking distance to a whole host of bars and restaurants. Friendly staff, spruce up of the room every day, and two full sized bedrooms for the family (none of this sofa bed as the second bedroom malarkey).

If you hire a car, you will need to get lucky with a free parking spot in the area. Not a big deal but something to consider. The pool area felt basic but not really an issue when the nice beach is right there on the doorstep.

Excellent location , great size apartment, spotless and everything in it that you need . All the staff where very friendly and helpful. Roof top pool was very handy , whether to just chill in the shade or if you wanted to sunbathe and use the pool to cool down .

The bed was just little bit to hard for me . My husband found it great . It was on a Main Street so could hear noise but once I put earplugs in it was fine and sleep very well .

Excellent location right in the centre of Santa Eulalia. 2 min walk to the Marina, 1 minute walk to a local Spar supermarket and 5 minutes to a blue flag beach. Lots and lots of restaurants are right on the doorstep. Lovely and large apartment with effective heating and well working shower. Nice little kitchenette and good WiFi. Very comfortable beds and it was great to have the apartment cleaned every day to a very high standard. Very comfortable with two young children as they had a seperate bedroom. Reception is friendly and really helpful.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear quite a bit of noise from the surrounding apartments, especially at night. Not much of a view from the little balcony

excellent location close to the marina and local bars, restaurants and beach. some great local bars particularly Project Social for food and cocktails. Apartment was cleaned daily. Pool area was quite during our stay and although basic there were always sun loungers available and pool was good for a quick swim and cool down. if your looking for an apartment in a good location and are ok to not have all the thrills this place is ideal.

little dated but this was reflected by the affordability of the accommodation

centrally located, very clean. apartment spacious and well equipped. lovely sun roof, quiet when we visited had the pool to ourselves most days, but unsure how busy it gets in height of season.

had booked through booking.com and advertised gym, however when we got there, gym is no longer available. this does show on hotels own website but not others. son slightly disappointed but did not affect my stay!

Amazing location. Right on the harbour, central to shops, restaurants and bars. Beautifully quiet and family suitable. Little roof top pool, adequate for afternoon dips. Staff were incredible really helpful and friendly. Good value and if you want a nice 5-7 day break this is ideal.

The beds aren’t the most comfortable. Air conditioning wasn’t great but the rooms were cool enough.

This only slight criticism is the rooftop pool area. Is a little tired compared to the photos and the permanent closure of the snack/drinks bar is a real shame. It would make this space so much more appealing Nevertheless, the pool is excellent and a great place to chill and cool off

it’s close proximity to the town. Everything you could want is on the doorstep. the rooftop pool was great - with lovely views of the marina and Siesta. If you’ve never thought of a hotel in the centre of Santa Eulalia I would say think again and - definitely consider this one .

We noticed a cooking smell in our apartment during the day which we think came through the ventilation system from the “ lunch” service in the hotel. Once window and patio door was opened it faded quickly. Not a deal breaker but think it’s worth a mention.
