Everything was perfect for us , excellent value for money and spotlessly clean . Great breakfast and location, late check in because our flight was late and the man on reception was lovely, offered us a drink or coffee even though it was 1am , gave us water to take up to the the room . I couldn’t fault the place at all .

I would imagine if you were pool fans the pool area might be a little small, but didnt affect us as we are not pool goers, we are beach fans ..

Good location,not too far to walk down to beach.Large Supermarket directly opposite.No parking for the hotel,but I parked overnight in the supermarket car park,no problem!

We were happy with the breakfast buffet, even for a weeklong stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they let us have a late check out as the weather on our last day was rainy and there wasn't a huge crowd booked in. The "Superior Double Room" (an upgraded room we got through booking.com) was sparsely furnished (as reviewed by others) but the fridge did stay on when the key was removed (which I think others rated negatively). We didn't need A/C so can't comment on that, but the shower had outstanding water pressure (despite being small in footprint and always leaking onto the floor). Housekeeping was good. The balcony was very small in this upgraded room (we had the shallowest balcony of all the rooms, being on the main street side) and the windows out of the rooms are quite small, overall, but the view was nice enough. The gym was a disappointment, so we didn't use it. The location was fine for us (an easy walk to everything in town). The pool was small but adequate for us, and we went swimming once. We loved renting bikes in town and using the outstanding bike trails this island has to offer.

Balcony too small to use Gym equipment is outdated and/or not working (no belt on the treadmill, eg) Room furnishings are very sparse (only one bedside table, one desk chair but no other seats in the room)

Was really close to the beach, there was a supermarket and the pool was nice. Breakfast had a lot from to choose.

Only one kind of cheese but 6 different kinds of meat. A bit annoying for a vegetarian. Over all was the room a bit small and the Wi-Fi a big slow. Nothing too bad if you plan to chill at the pool or the beach anyways. But I just think the price is a tiny bit too high for what it is.

The cleaners did a great job, and fresh towels were given, which was appreciated due to the extreme heat.

It would have been good to have tea making facilities in the room, and we have stayed in many 4 stars where they have been supplied, especially as a fridge was provided. The breakfast was varied. However, the hot food was luke warm so we ate out most days.

nice rooms,big balcony

we were upgraded to a superior room and having stayed 3 weeks before in a standard room i would have been disappointed to pay for superior as other than a fridge and a larger balcony was no different ,and bear in mind having a fridge is great but when you leave the room in a morning the fridge goes off when you remove your keycard so pretty pointless.

The hotel is only a short walk from the seafront restaurants and beach and this suited us very well. Although it is on the main route into the town centre, traffic was not a problem for us. (Only the end bedrooms at one end of the hotel are on the street facing side.) There is a very good selection of breakfast items to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Staff were efficient and helpful. We appreciated having a small pool for a quick morning dip.

My single room didn't smell very fresh and clean but I might have avoided this if I had remembered to specify a non-smoking room. The room itself was spotlessly clean.

The staff is friendly, positive and so helpful Breakfast is fantastic, there is everything that you will need: homemade tortillas, specialties of Mallorca, and even a bottle of champagne! The location is one of the best as the hotel is just in front of the bus stop (bus to the airport and Palma de Mallorca), 7 min walk to the Santa Ponsa beach. After check out we were offered to use a room where we could take a shower and change our dress after swimming! Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay!

No wifi connection in our room, but at the reception it was ok. A bathroom in the room should be fixed to get the smell out. Coffee was not that good at breakfast.

The two receptionists that we met were lovely - couldn’t have been any more welcoming and pleasant. We felt comfortable asking them anything when we needed help.

Unfortunately the staff from the laundry service were very rude to myself and my friend. We didn’t realise they would knock on our door when they did and when we asked if they could come back in 5 mins so we can leave our room, they snapped & said they don’t have time. When they proceeded to clean our room, they made comments saying our bed was disgusting, as clothes were lying all over it but they hadn’t given us a chance to remove them first. They also touched us to push us out of their way a couple of times as well as throwing stuff into bins, being very loud & aggressive with our property. This made the two of us very uncomfortable & angry.
