San Gil Plaza Hotel

The room was confortable, clean and inviting, Alba the person in charge is fantastic, she did everything possible to help us.

At night the room was very hot and the we couldn’t control the thermostat so we didn’t sleep well. We are from the USA and not familiar with the city, we used GPS to find the hotel and it was very difficult to find it.

The room was small but very good, we liked the bed and size of the bathroom. The receptionist was very kind and understanding. The hotel was very quiet in a plaza with a supermarket and no bars open until late, which was a plus.

Nothing really. Stayed only for a single night in Zamora. Maybe the hotel could give a discount for the closest constituicion parking

We stayed one night here. It was clean and comfortable, and the location is great...central and just a minute from Plaza Mayor. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful, spoke very good English, and recommended a restaurant that turned out to be one of our favorites of the trip. There was no breakfast option, but there are two excellent churro shops around the corner near the market, so no big deal.

The location, good facilities, and style. The lobby features 50's-era modern furnishings and there is great art work through-out.

I was a little disappointed not to be able to get the Krups coffee maker to work. I forgot to mention it to the front desk.

This is a wonderful little hotel. Great location. Close to everything. Excellent value. I had a beautiful room with a balcony over the little square.below. Plus the receptionist Alba could not have been more pleasant, helpful, informative and welcoming. This hotel is a hidden gem!

A gorgeous small city full of charm, and this hotel is absolutely beautiful. it is tasteful and modern, all very new and super comfortable. The organization was perfect, with a very friendly welcome, and the information provided (map, places to visit, was fantastic. I’m looking forward to a future visit to this special hotel right in the historic centre of this beautiful place.

It was the end of school or University and hoards of young men were partying noisily until 4am through the Square. No fault of the property of course but little sleep was had.

Even though no one spoke English we communicated well through translation. They were at the desk when we arrived and got us checked in with no problems. Hotel was quiet and clean. The room had everything we needed.

Attractive boutique hotel. Comfortable bed. Lift available. Central location just short walk to heart of town. Excellent bathroom.

Lighting in bedroom inadequate. Hard to read. Breakfast - would be better not to offer it and reduce the price accordingly.

What a great find !!! A lovely and clean small hotel in a great location near the old town in Zamora. The hotel and the rooms are beautifully appointed, with in-room coffee and the beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom was very practical and every amenity was provided. Ana was very helpful and pleasant and attended to every detail we could need. We will definitely come back.
