We liked the location and the nice view from the room over the water to the church. Room was big with comfortable beds. Kind and professional staff and very tasty breakfast. We parked in the Parking House Gallerian (hotel parking was full), which is three minutes walking from the hotel.

The receptionist that did our check in at 10pm was very kind and helped us with a detail to make our stay more pleasant, also the receptionist that did our check out was very kind. The nice view from the room over the river. Breakfast was excellent and varied.
The pillows were small and too soft and there were no extra pillows, just one per person

- Well, this is again one of my favourite hotels! - Really quiet, lobby area with lots of space, well equipped and clean room, very nice personnel. - Tasty breakfast. - I arrived late and wanted something to eat, and I got a very tasty grilled sandwich. - The man at the reception was very friendly and helped me a lot.

We could have used more pillows. We were two adults and one small child but we only had two pillows and two blankets. We probably could have asked for more but we didn’t think of it. Not all guests are loud and pushy 😊

Everything was fine, nice and comfy rooms, a good breakfast buffet and a nice kids' room where our daughter could play around a bit.
Everything was good and well worth the money. Only thing holding this back frlm being a 10/10 was the parking "issue". We were told there were no available spots, only to see people arriving later than us and not having booked parking in advance got to park right outside the hotel only because they were "louder" than us...

Location was great - very easy to find and central. Breakfast offered a wide choice and good quality. The room was comfortable and clean. Also liked the eco credentials, in that the room wasn’t cleaned daily.

Great hotel, at a very central spot of the city with a magnificent view of the river. The breakfast was good and all areas were clean. The stuff was very helpful and even though we were 4 they had prepared a room for 2, afterwards they gave us another room for free!
