This was a self contained apartment, which was very well thought out with all facilities. The laundry room was fantastic, and enabled clothes to be dried via a large fan overnight. The location was good but only if you are fit. Apartment was not signposted and it took 3 hours for us to find it, up and down very steep hills. Needs full instructions on how to find the address, as it is also not listed on the local map. GPS was not of much use either. Therefore great apartment if you can handle to steep hills, and you know where to go. We also asked many locals and no one knew the street.

Needs a map sent with the booking of exactly where the apartment is and notice that the access is steep. Even tried a Taxi but this was no help as they were not sure of the location, saying no cars were allowed which was actually false. Therefore with detailed instructions it would have been great place to stay.

Modern property, clean, good facilities, comfortable large bed. good cooking facilities. everything you need for a short or long stay. Good location near old town. Great electric blinds. Very quiet despite being near the front door. Sleep well!

Check in experience bit of a challenge as was given incorrect instructions via email for lockbox and room number. however, once rang management this was rectified. Also, need more specific instructions for washing machine ie- specific room cards power specific side of machines. We only discovered this as our washing got trapped in one machine and our card couldn’t power it again to remove it. However, despite this it was a very pleasant stay overall and we would definitely return! Management was prompt in responding.

the location is fantastic, furniture , finishing and building, very good quality and clean.

there is nothing I didn’t like. I just suggest : for long stay to include cleaning in the pricing once a week . to have extra towels and extra bed sheet and pillow case. I was there for 22 days so it should be part of the price not extra charge

Very clean apartment & comfortable, location excellent .. minutes walk from old town centre. Do need to be physically capable of walking up a reasonably steep short hill to access area of apartment.

The oversized laundry basket got soaked every shower. ? not needed… Unfortunately the plug sockets were difficult to access due to bedside tables. We also had problems securing bathroom window on leaving..

Great location — just steps away from the historic center. It had a nice kitchenette, and was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful!

The description made it seem like the apartment had a separate sitting area with a sofa. But it was a small studio with no other seating than a small dining table.

While the location was very good, the room itself was a little uncomfortable because it was small and the layout of the room was not nice.

I asked for a disabled person friendly room, but to my astonishment I got a mouse labyrinth like a room, where the most comfy space was the shower ! We could neither move the wheel chair inside the room nor access the bedroom. I could access the elevator only from the basement because there were steep stairs on the front entrance of the building.

A few steps away from the historical center and nice area of town. The garage was full but the Einstein hotel public garage was very close and totally secure so we were fine. The design of the cute apartment was very nice and the bathroom shower was modern and beautiful. Everything was available for a longer stay such as a modern kitchen and privacy between the room divisions

The location is close to the Catherdral and the Marketplace. Communications with the staff were also very easy and fast.

Would've been better to know which floor we would get in advance. The ground floor is right next to the street, so we had to pull the curtains for the whole time.

A comfy apartment right next to the old town but away from the bustle of the town. It had practically everything we needed, it is stylishly decorated and quiet. Great service from the reception.

We could use a second hanger in the bathroom, but really, the flat had everything.

It is new and clean. it is a 12 minutes walk from the train station, but only a couple of minutes walking to Old town. the kitchen is fully equipped and all the sundry items are supplied.

the property does not have luggage storage facilities; although they make an exception for us this time.
