The place's location is great. We took a walk to the nearby park with a long beach front after check-in. Breakfast buffet was standard and did the job. Eateries and a laundromet were all within a few minute walk away and convenient. Parking was basically just around the building and fcfs, but we didn't have a problem. The room has a covered balcony that looked out to the sea. An open balcony would have been better for the view, but I guess street noise would have discounted that experience greatly.
The facility was a bit old, but the stay was still comfy and enjoyable.

The balcony light is crazy bright and cannot be controlled or turned off - it automatically times out at 10:30. So weird.

The room: comfortable beds, good shower, and there’s a water dispenser in the hallway.
They didn’t clean the room but just changed towels (didn’t even empty the bins) when we asked & left the key at the front desk. The location is a bit far from the restaurants, bars, night market etc. The staff hardly spoke English.

It was disappointing that the balcony lights are automatically activated in the evening from 8 until 10:30. Not possible to enjoy the balcony without light in the evening to watch the sea.

The staff are unhelpful. No assistance with luggage. Same breakfast served every day, though the chef was very sweet and remembered how I enjoyed my egg. They offer afternoon tea fruit and snacks set out daily, however, it had some small insects on it both days I went to have some. The cleaning of rooms leaves much to be desired. We had to ask for beds to be made up and floors to be cleaned in our room. They refused us early check in even though they had a lot of open rooms available. We had to wait till check in time at 15:00 and even then we were continuously told we must wait just 5 more despite them refusing us to check in at around 10 am already.
