Good location and nice staff. It's very cheap and the night market is next to it .
The place was a little dated,for breakfast you have to walk down the road to get it with coupons they give you . Lastly, the mattress was rounded at the end ,so being tall my feet were not on the mattress.

The nightly rates were affordable. There was free coffee at the lobby, and a spin washer was available for guests' use. The location was excellent, as the hotel was right next to Lingya night market and 10 minutes away from both the red MRT and the LRT.
The air conditioning was poor, with maximum settings not enough to keep the room cool in Kaohsiung's warm weather.

Staff members were very friendly despite English skills were not good, they did their best in order to explain themselves and trying to make sure that I get the information that I needed.
According to what was offered in the website, reservation includes breakfast which according pictures it includes fresh fruit and many things that actually were not available. What I got it was a ticket to go to a cafe which was in the corner near by and I had the right to spend NT$ 70, so I got eggs, sausages some bread and a glass of milk tea.

the only window was opening on a service corridor! No outside view, can't have fresh air. Some mold on the roof over the bathtub.

Location was good, the bedding was okay, and the room size was good.
Even though I got the most expensive suit room, that was not that comfortable. It said they would provide breakfast, but they didn't. They just gave me some coupon for nearby restaurant so I still need to pay extra. And the staff could not really speak English so I needed to get help from other customers(Lucky that Taiwanese are really nice). and There are not really many electrical outlet so I needed to charge in few outlets.
