Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao

It's a superb hotel, the rooms are new and clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station. I would definitely stay again

I could give a 10 to this hotel but the only down side is that there is no 24/7 room service for food. Also the Thai restaurant in the hotel was disappointing : we arrived at 8.30 pm ( restaurant is closing at 9.30pm ) we ordered a Pad Thai which was not the best and served in a cold plate. We also ordered another dish but after 20min it never came so we left. It was only the 2 of us, you would expect them to bring 2 dishes in hot plate and at the same time.. also no one to top up water or anything.

Beds were large and really comfy. I’m 1.92m so some beds are too short but the ones here were perfect. Room was large, bright and comfy, with a nice coffee counter (nespresso). Tv was quite good and easy to connect to streaming services. Bathroom was large, with two washing basins which was convenient. Pool was nice too. Gym also, although it could benefit from some maintenance because only one of 3 treadmills was functioning. Also , one workout bench was not enough for the size of the gym. There should at least be two. We didn’t try the restaurants so can’t say much about that, but all in all we enjoyed our stay very much. If we are ever in the banqiao area again we will stay here again. Highly recommended

Nothing of note

The room is spacious for 4 pax. the room and toilet looks new. There is a bathtub, separated shower and separated toilet bowl, as well as 2 sinks. Wardrobe space is huge and there is a comfortable sofa by the window. The pool is shared with hilton hotel at the top floor.

Minor review: there is only 2 pillows per bed vs some 5 star hotels with 4 pillows for a double bed. The bathtub has a fixed water outlet, making it hard to wash off the residue after a bath The other facilities are great. as it is a popular hotel, there is a long queue at the checkin hour at 2.30-3pm. but the staff quickly added the checkin counters and reduce the queue time.

Great location, between 5 to 10 mins walk to the main train and bus hub. There is a way to get there via overpass so as to avoid the pedestrian lights. Super easy access to taipei by MRT also. Lots of shopping and eateries a quick walk away. There's a fantastic duck restaurant just in front of the hotel. Banquiao is more compact than Taipei City and we actually came back to shop when we had moved to our next hotel in Taipei City. We would definitely stay again on our next trip. Nice and spacious room. Pool area is nice, albeit a bit small. Note it gets very crowded during the weekend - between family with kids and Instagramers taking pictures.

Cleaning was fine, although big red flag is that we found a pill (medication, vitamin?) by our bed side table. My toddler actually found it and handed it to me, thankfully he's not too keen on putting stuff in his mouth.

The environment is nice. The room is very big, Enough for a family. Everything inside is perfect. The swimming pool is fantastic in the rooftop. The gym also good.

A receptionist gave us wrong room key(2612). So many stuff and suitcases in the room when we went inside. Our feeling wasn’t good. But it’s fine to my family. We went to reception again and want to change the room. The receptionist gave us a new room key and three exchange tickets. The exchange tickets only can change juice and soft drink…. We think these drinks we can but it in the room. My family felt so disappointed for three tickets….if the tickets can change the Starbucks’s coffee is better.

It is a nice, big hotel located in the heart of Banqiao, very nearby the train station and other facilities. Room was spacious and very well soundproofed, lighting system was perfect as well, beds were very comfortable, washroom was spacious and clean with a very good shower (no waterlogging at all), toilette being in a small separate cabin was a plus. I was given a free upgrade which was awesome. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Hotel windows were sealed (could not be opened) so I could not get fresh air during my whole stay. Further airco didn't work on first night of my stay but hotel staff quickly shifted me to another room (problem solved so no issues). Rooms are a bit dated, floor carpeting is stained and kind of dirty, lamp which was hanging on table has not been cleaned for sometime.

Room was superbly comfortable, very big and spacious with toilets separated for shower and toileting. There is also a bathtub too (: There is also a area to sit and watch TV with loads of space to walk about. Location was great as well, less than 5 minutes walk to the bus and train station with convenience stores next to the hotel as well! Definitely would recommend and return back if we're to travel to Taipei again!

Would like it a little bit better if the gym is bigger with more equipment- rack/ benches with barbell etc.

Super clean and comfortable, not very spacious but this is probably expected in Taipei! The biggest facilities attraction is probably the rooftop infinity pool! Located near Banqiao metro with sheltered overhead bridges!

The lifts take rather long and housekeeping limits extra pillows to just 2 per room, even for family rooms for 4 people! Although near Banqiao metro, still far away from the main areas of Ximending and Taipei main station!

The staff are wonderful in this property. The hotel is right next for Hilton at Banqiao (new Taipei city) and right opposite Banqiao Train Station and Bus Terminal. The location of the hotel is really good in New Taipei City.

The thermostat in the room we had was broken so we had to prove it was rather hot inside to housekeeping. Luckily the team helped us find another twin room with better A/C the next day.

The room with 3 single beds is really well designed and pretty spacious compared to other hotels in other tourist areas. Seperating toilet and bath is a very good idea as well. The hotel is near metro station and have family mart nearby.

Location is a bit further away from city center and attractions such as Ximending which is around 20-min metro ride away. But it compensates with the spacious rooms so really depends on what you're looking for for your stay.
