space and location are super! Besides the two double beds, there was a sitting room for the quad room. And the view from the windows was very nice. Come from z2(lift) if u have luggage. We took buses from the bus stop right outside or day trips from the main train station. My fave restaurant is Chun shui tang in b2 of the next building so really good locations. And there are a lot of breakfast stalls at the corner. Family mart is also located downstairs. PS We love the lounge - that gave us more space especially with the kids - they could eat breakfast there and when we just did takeaways from roadside stalls. It comes with utensils and microwave and water cooler (hot water for noodles) and also free coffee! Also, laundry is very accessible and free (comes with free detergent and dryer).

Facilities are a bit older but I am okay with that with everything else considered.

Love everything about Sky19. Perfect location opposite Taipei Main Station. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Best thing is that they have free self service laundry ! Love the common lounge where we can relax and drink tea after a busy day. We saw people bringing food back to eat in the lounge as well cos there's an inductioncooker and microwave as well. There is a common fridge, so if you buy food staff , you can store it in the freezer/fridge. Each individual room has their own mini freezer and fridge as well. Came in handy for my friends and I as we bought frozen food to bring home. It's within walking distance to Nanmen and XiMenDing as well. Would highly recommend this hotel .

Super convenient, across from the Taipei main train station and next to the Mitsukoshi department store. Rooms were updated.

The hotel is located within a commercial building, no signs downstairs. took us a while to figure out the entrance. Bathrooms need a major updating. The rooms were fine, but the bathrooms looked really old and in need of repairs. The pipes in our room would knock really loudly every time we used the water.

Good value for a 3 star property. It’s not a full fledged hotel (just a floor of rooms on the 19th level on what seems to be a commercial building) so there are not many facilities except for a common lounge / dining area and a laundry room (free!). Room is spacious and housekeeping is clean and efficient. Bed was a little hard but overall a comfortable stay. Location is convenient - opposite Taipei Main Station and next to a department store. Many nearby eateries and walking distance to National Taiwan Museum.

The shower area is a bit small as much of the space is occupied by a bathtub and the area is only partially enclosed so it’s easy to wet the non-shower area.

Most impressed with the room. It was quite large with a settee, easy chair and foot stool, desk with another chair as well as the double bed. Although the shower was over the bath the sides of the bath were low making it fairly easy to get into/out of. The balcony was small and not suitable for outside sitting but I had a terrific view over buildings towards Taipei 101 and the mountains beyond, Th balcony windows could be opened a (very) short distance which enabled photography.

The floor could have been cleaner Directions to the hotel were poor - it almost opposite the railway station. You can see it from outside the station if you know what you’re looking for, but it’s not clear how to get to it Google maps did not seem to know that there was a subway from the Station under the duel carriageway so suggested a long walk around the block instead. With 3. V heavy cases we took a taxi. If we’d known about the subway we could easily have walked even with the cases but no one told us and it didn’t show up on Google maps

Sky19 is very convenient and near the MRT exit in Taipei Main Station. Head to Z2 exit and up the stairs and you will reach the lobby of the hotel. Daily room cleaning is excellent. However, only coffee is available at the lounge. No hot chocolate for kids.

We booked the 4 person Quadruple room. The room is decent but the toilet walls cracked and it’s quite run down. it’s clean but would be perfect if the toilet has been renovated to look cleaner and newer.

The property is at the exit of the Taipei Main station. Look for Z2 exit or try to walk to Z4 exit and you will find an elevator. It is right beside the Mitsukoshi Mall. Taipei 101 is viewable, maybe in other rooms there is a better view of the building.

It is hard to find at first, google maps didn’t help. So better ask the reception at the ground floor, the hotel is at the 19th floor. Also you need to step on the bath tub to take a shower, the walls are a bit thin so you can hear someone walking or opening doors.

It's a new hotel in 2022 so it's still clean and gorgeous. We stayed in the family room so the view of Taipei train station was great. Separate bath and toilet and sink meant we could all use the facilities.

Washing machine wasn't working properly and we spent an hour waiting for it to not complete the wash. The hotel put a charge on my card then told me I needed to present the physical card again to confirm the payment, Google pay was not acceptable. I didn't bring the card so this meant that I had to pay with a different card and will need to wait a couple weeks for the other charge to be refunded and suffer exchange rate loss to add to that.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful as always. They explained the instructions and reminders clearly. They facilitated a smooth transaction and arranged that I be checked in a bit early since the room I reserved was ready by then. The facilities were straightforward but adequate, and these made the stay comfortable. Also, the location is the best part of this experience because it has a convenient access to the Taipei Main Station and the other interesting areas in Taipei.

There are times when the residents on the floor above would make some noise in the middle of the night. But I guess that is beyond the control of the hotel staff
