Taipei Fullerton Hotel-Maison North

The staff were really friendly and helpful; Arthur helped us arrange the taxi going back to the airport even though we had a late night flight. There was a 24-hour coffee and tea station available for all guests, and the hotel is walking distance to a metro station (brown line), also very very near the Songshan train station. Overall, the location was very good considering our dinner reservations were all a short uber ride away.

I did leave with a couple of bed bug bites? It was quite weird as I was the only one who had it and it only appeared on my right leg and arm -- maybe it was on my end of the bed? The bites are still painful a week after staying

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our initial room was satisfactory, unless it was time to go to bed. Our room was on the side of the hotel that sat on the main road, so the street noise, even in the middle of the night was super noisy. I'm a light sleeper, and it really made for a night of restless sleep. Fortunately when I asked the front desk if it was possible to switch rooms, they were able to accommodate us but that we'd have to wait for it to be cleaned first. They just asked us to pack our luggage and would move everything over to the new room once cleaned. I am so thankful they were able to help us with this and we rested well for the remainder of our stay.

The air conditioning unit was a bit faulty and the temperature displayed wasn't accurate. The vent also blows directly onto the bed so for those who run cold but would like the keep the room ventilated, it's not the most comfortable to have cold air constantly blowing on your face.

The valet/luggage man was really helpful. He helped us call and flag a cab when it was difficult during peak period, and made sure the driver knows where we’re going. Breakfast was pretty good too. Bathroom is huge and luxurious :D

The pillow was too high for me.

It's my first experience in a quarantine hotel so I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was spacious and beautiful with a large window, huge bath and bed. There was a Nespresso machine to help me get my caffeine for the day. I am a vegetarian and Taiwan's reputation of great food was certainly provided by the hotel. Every meal was different and delicious.

Train station is a street’s away which is v convenient. variety of food/convenience stores are also within walking distance.

overall is considered clean albeit slightly. aircon too cold and there’s no way to adjust even tho we raised the temp already.

Everything from staff, amenities, TV business channels and even food options nearby the hotel are excellent!

Good Asian and continental breakfast offerings. Outdoor courtyard terrace. Good location close to MRT station, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. Well insulated rooms, can't hear traffic from main road.

one day I smelled cigarette smoke in my room. not the hotel’s fault and they are kind to send another air purifier to my room asap.

Room and bathroom were amazing, great size and very comfortable. Friendly staff and good location. Good breakfast.

There was no gym and no decaf coffee at the breakfast

The bathroom and bathtub had excellent ambiance and lighting. Breakfast was nice as it wasn't as busy and hectic as most hotels. The staff is highly bilingual and fluent.
