Great hotel. Spacious well kept rooms. Very clean and comfortable beds. Housekeeping did a great job surprising our child by staging a scene with his stuffed animals and a towel-art dog. Plenty of things surrounding the property which are easily accessed if you rent a motorbike or use a tuk-tuk that are available outside the property. Excellent pools. One shallow pool (approx 75cm) which is good for kids, one big infinity pool, a lap pool and one up on the hill (not really worth the climb if you’re not already up there). The breakfast has a good mix of continental and Thai options, and brings daily variety. Daily planned activities for kids are fun. A big shout out to the staff member (unfortunately don’t know his name) who took a lot of patience to teach our son - who doesn’t speak any English - the basics of Muay Thai. He’ll forever be our son’s hero.

The kids club did not really have supervision, so less suited to ‘dump’ your kids and head off to relax.

This is our second time at the property after visiting in April and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The staff go above and beyond to help you and make your experience unforgettable. They are also the nicest people we’ve come across at any other hotel in Thailand. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and breathtaking to walk around. The food served around the pool and in the restaurants is amazing - noticeably more expensive than other places but shouldn’t put you off as the quality is reflected in the price - the infinity pool is our favourite feature and looks out into the sea for some scenic views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Lanta.

The only “issue” we can find about the property is just how high up our room is which is easily resolved by asking for the cart to take you up - which is something we didn’t want to do all the time - if this concerns you, perhaps speaking to the hotel about having a room further down could benefit you.

Highly recommended. We stayed in this Resort for 7 days! The location and views are top notch. Staff was extremely friendly and all interactions with them were great. They all spoke English proficiently which was helpful for us. I would like to express my gratitude to “Mr. Mee” who base on Pool Bar he very nice guy and always assist us with big wide smile during our stay,and also to Ms.Peung and Mr. Rut. Thank you🤝 Our Room #295 and facing to sea view. Its really breathtaking!! This resort is perfect for couple and for family with small children , they have everything! From kids playground , billiards, library cycling etc. Would like to highlight their breakfast buffet , amazing chef ! From pastry to western to local food its really a lot variety they can even make you nice latte! So better book a room with breakfast its very worthy!! Wifi is 💯 strong connection ! Resort itself also had few monkeys like 5-10 , those monkeys really remarkable our stay ! they very friendly though😌 The best place We’ve ever stay in our life!! Me and my partner will definitely comeback again!!

Mee who looked after us at the poolside bar was an absolute star. The food and drinks from here were exceptional and we also enjoyed the swimming in the pool and beach. All staff were helpful and the rooms were clean and fine for us. Breakfast was also really, really good. Especially the eggs benedict.

The main restaurant for dinner was slightly disappointing as the food seemed to take a long time. Our drinks also never came! This may be because we were visiting in the off season.

Really nice hotel with several pools, 1 jaccuzi. Fitness room, tennis table, pool, bikes. good activities proposed by hotel. Hotel, rooms & facilities are alwasy cleaned. Mee - Rut and other staff members are very friendly and were always available for us. We enjoyed also the Thai food, so good, spicy and have so many choices. beautiful week ! We recommend +++

Sunset villa: awesome surroundings, especially the pool and beach. Breakfast was good and had lots of varieties. Staffs were really welcoming.

Pretty far from Krabi town. It takes around 2 hours from the airport.

- beautiful resort with a lot of nature and directly at the beach - the friendliest staff (the drivers and personal at the brealfast restaurant even memorized our room number) - breakfast was great (mix of thai and international food) - we had the best massage at the spa - there was a free golf cart shuttle to the room (ours was quite far up the hill)

- the internet wasn‘t great - maybe you could add some vegan/gluten-free alternatives at breakfast, like oat milk or gluten-free bread - our bathroom was a little dark, since there was only one small window

It was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a captivating backdrop for our stay. Our dining experiences were delightful. The diverse range of restaurants satisfied our every want, with a special nod to Joy for elevating our dining experiences with her friendly service. Being at the resort for Christmas was a highlight, particularly the grand Christmas Eve buffet. Thi's thoughtful guidance and attentive care made us feel truly cherished during the festive celebrations. Mornings were enriched by Zara's genuine warmth and attentiveness. Her engaging conversations and personal service set a positive tone for each day, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Separately, Nick's infectious energy was a joy to experience. His vibrant personality shone particularly during a Thai street food event hosted by the resort, creating yet another memorable moment for us. In summary, Rawi Warin Resort & Spa is not just a luxurious destination but a sanctuary where special memories are crafted. We wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking an superb experience. Lovely property with great staff! Accommodation not suitable for physically disabled people

I think we should put the staff's attentiveness and care first. Everyone was always incredibly helpful and attentive during our whole stay, and tried their best to make our stay something to remember. Everything worked perfectly in this hotel. The room (we paid for a separated bungalow) was quiet and isolated, which is what we were looking for. The room was amazing and quiet, which is what we were looking for. It was a bit uphill, but the staff would always gladly offer to take us up in the golf cart if we were tired to walk it. The bathroom was great, with plenty of water pressure and very hot water if needed. Fast to quickly fill the included bath tub. The room aircon worked very powerfully if needed, which was great to chill the room, and there's also a ceiling fan. Our room included a nice terrace to chill outside, which we used frequently. The breakfast buffet is luxurious in this hotel, including a mix of Asian and Western staples that change every day, then congee, salads, cereals, toasts and pastries and cookies, and your choice of eggs. You'll have to skip lunch if not careful. And the location is great in general. More about the middle of Lanta, a bit further from the most touristic/backpacker area, it has a quiet private beach to add to the hotel's infinity pool and decorative lake/pond. You also have a well equipped gym, a snooker and ping pong tables, a small library and playground if you have kids. We noticed the hotel staff writes a schedule of kid-friendly activities everyday on a blackboard for anyone to join. As we were arriving after a rather hectic trip, we chose their airport pick-up service. I think this option is not necessarily the cheapest, but their private luxury van made it really worthy, as it was super comfortable for the extra hour and half-ish ride from the airport.

Maybe if being a bit picky, while the wifi signal was good and with good bandwidth at all times, it would never remember our devices. But that's about anything I can think of to complain, and it's very nitpicky.
