K.L. Boutique Hotel

This was the cheapest and nicest place we stayed in all of Thailand! The double room is just as pictured in the photos (though it’s actually a king size bed). The room is spacious, clean, comes with a fridge, well working A/C (and the first we’ve had that doesn’t blow directly on you, so far more comfortable for sleeping). Also, this was the first shower curtain we’ve had in all of Thailand, so it was nice to not have the usual shower over the toilet that gets the entire bathroom wet. Best of all, Jo at the front desk is incredibly kind and helpful. When I wanted to find a dentist he actually walked me all the way down the street to an excellent one where he knew the folks that worked there so he made sure I got what I needed and didn’t need any translation. In general the people in Krabi are among the most friendly in all of Thailand. There’s also an excellent weekend night market just blocks away that I’d highly recommend. Some of the best variety in food and shopping, the nicest vendors, and there’s even live music on an open mic stage with locals performing. Krabi has a lovely local feel, with a gorgeous free, chill temple also nearby the hotel. Highly recommend!

The bed was a bit saggy in the middle, so not the most comfortable, but we had no problem getting a great nights sleep.

I was lucky to have the room with window to the street. Maybe rooms with view to backyard are not so attraktiv, but last at least absolutely new renovated room and bathroom...they still working on the staircase but you getting a regular 3 stars room for 13$ .... pictures are showing exactly the place on top they have own bistro were you can eat lokal food for very dicent price. Krabi is not the city where you want to stay for longer just as a transfer to the coast and islands. Very close to the Hotel is main street to catch a van - bus that take you farther.

The hotel was great value for money and spotlessly clean. I wouldn't recommend if you have any problems walking because there's no lift. If you're looking for nightlife, this isn't the place for you. Ao Nang would be the place for that which is about 20 mins by car away. We got friendly with the guy who owns Mr Thor bike rental and the living room bar where we hired a scooter and was so helpful with any advice on where to go and things to see

Great place and value for money. The people are so nice there. This is a great place to just relax. It looks like the pictures. It was clean. The mini fridge works well, there’s place to hang your clothes and a desk to work at. Each bed has a plug to charge your phone.

Room gets hot when you leave, so we always left the key card inside to keep the AC on.

The property was in a perfect location in Krabi close to many restaurants, several night markets and the port for boats to the islands and excursions. The staff were very kind and helpful during our stay.

Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work well and we were very hot all night. The owner was very kind and gave us a fan for the night which helped but we still had trouble sleeping with the heat.

Great lokation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Laundry service available directly at the reception. Very quiet and effective air conditioning. No problem with leaving bags at the reception after check-out.

Floor in the bathrooms gets wet/slippery easily after every shower. Walls/door of the room are/is very thin - you hear every move in the staircase and every conversation of your neighbours. No deposite box in the room.

Our host was super sweet and helpful, the room was big with a big window, and the hotel has a great location, 5 minutes walk to the night market. It also has a restaurant! We booked a tour with them to Phi Phi for a day.

The bed, on the other hand, was not comfy!

We would definitely come again! The stuff was very friendly and gave us recommendations for things to visit in krabi. The price for 2 nights was very good. It was the first Hotel in our journey where we felt comfortable wearing no shoes because the room was very very clean.

Great hotel room for a great price. Very comfortable and clean accommodation. I stayed here between Koh Phangan and Koh Phi Phi. Staff were very helpful in booking a taxi and a ferry to Koh Phi Phi. Very close to night market mall, and variety of shops
