I recently had the pleasure of staying at Phulay Bay, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our visit was flawless. The room we stayed in was not just spacious; it was palatial. Elegantly furnished and equipped with every imaginable luxury, it provided a serene sanctuary that we looked forward to returning to each day. One of the highlights of our stay was the dining experience. The breakfast spread was not only vast but also delectable, offering a variety of options to cater to every palate. The dinners were equally delightful, featuring an array of Thai delicacies prepared to perfection. The culinary journey here was nothing short of a gastronomic adventure, and we savored every bite. For those with a penchant for exquisite Thai cuisine, Phulay Bay was a paradise. The chefs showcased their culinary expertise, allowing us to indulge in authentic, mouthwatering dishes that were a true delight to the senses. The pièce de résistance, however, was the infinity pool. Majestic and sprawling, it overlooked the breathtaking landscape, making every swim a surreal experience. The sheer beauty of the pool, especially against the backdrop of the stunning surroundings, made it the most enchanting infinity pool I've ever had the pleasure of swimming in. It's hard to find fault with Phulay Bay. The attention to detail, the unparalleled service, the luxurious amenities, and the outstanding cuisine - everything was meticulously crafted to provide an experience of the highest caliber. My partner and I spent a blissful month here for our honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Phulay Bay exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. Without a doubt, we will cherish the memories of our stay here, and we eagerly anticipate the day we can return

Private tours package organized by hotel wasn’t matching luxury hotel concept considering the high price point. The boat they take you to phi phi island in private tour is not at luxury level plus beverages in boat is less than average. We already gave our feedback to the hotel, I am sure they will work on it.

- Wonderful staff, very attentive and catered to our every need. That made the whole difference! Even when faced with a language barrier from the cleaners, everyone was so kind and genuinely friendly. - Bed is incredibly comfortable and 4 meters wide. Couldn't top this anywhere else in Thailand. - Best food we had in Thailand throughout our 10 day trip, their western food is equally as good as the thai. Our 5 year old really enjoyed their homemade tomato sauce penne. - Breakfast is rich and delicious. - Hong island tour is a must do! - Spa is really nice A big thank you to our butler Patty-Jeans, to Tanya and Ann among everyone else who was so kind.

What a fantastic and fabulous property! Luxurious, rejuvenating, relaxing, and ultra-comfortable! The check-in experience was great! Then a short buggy ride to the villa. We were assigned a personalized butler Ms. Boos who was ultra-helpful to take care of our every single requirement. We did a full-day Phi-Phi island boat tour and spend another full day relaxing at the property. The sunset bar, the breakfast restaurants, the spa, the property itself everything was really fantastic and enjoyable.

Absolutely nothing!

This property is simply amazing. The hospitality and service are the best we have had anywhere and we travel a lot. Our personal concierge and all the staff are eager to please and make your stay memorable and unique. So many personal touches were added and they helped to customize our excursions. We went by private boat to Phi Phi islands and other spots to swim and snorkel. The kayaking in the mangrove forest was also spectacular. The food and drinks are very good. The spa is amazing. ~The bar and beach area are relaxing and perfect place for sunsets. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at for its beautiful beach front location and exceptional hospitality. We would definitely come back again and were very sad to leave.

The serenity, the location, the best sunsets, the beach bar with fresh popcorn daily, the breakfast (especially the coconut French toast and the mango/avocado tartine), smoothies by the pool, easy access to Hong Island, the largest comfiest beds and scale of the villas with outdoor bath/showers - they are an architectural delight.

Best Place on earth. From the gardener to GM is everybody so polite and taking care of you. They made everything possible we wished. I've never seen a luxurious and private place than PB. All restaurants are outstanding but Lay lay is on michelin star level 🌟 thx CH

Okay the location is a bit difficult

Amazing scenery and super well maintained facility. The Hong Island trip organized by the hotel was excellent! The bed was also impressive, which is 400x200cm! Kids can roll several times from one end to the other. Food is a bit pricey but good. Recommend trying the Thai restaurant and arranging a BBQ on the beach. Oven baked pizza for kids was very good too.

Everything was amazing! Crazy beautiful rooms and resort. Biggest pool I’ve ever seen. You will get a personal butler who will think along with you and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. And the 4-meter bed, wow! So comfy. Great food and lots of choice as well. 10/10!
