Centre Point Prime Hotel Pattaya

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were amazing, the rooms were big and spacious even though we had a very average room. We walked past a roo. Being cleaned, and it was like a palace from the inside. They have a shuttle service to the shopping mall and the beach, which is great and helps minimise the spending on taxis and grab cars. Location is not bad but a little far from shops and markers if you want to head out for a stroll.

No air-conditioning in the lifts or the hallways. The lifts have a waiting time of up to 10 mins. The complimentary van is first in best dressed and takes 14 people only, when you think, nearly every day there are at least 2/3 bus loads of tourists coming,its not much. Also the pool area is very dangerous and the toilets near the pool. The tiles are very slippery and not suitable for wet areas. Rooms have cutlery, but no knives. The shuttle timetable was changed , but not everyone was notified. Also there is a service charge which you aren't told about when you order any food or drink and a 2000b deposit that you need to make upon checkin which is refundable on checkout. But if you don't have money you will need to exchange at the hotel rate which is very low.

The room was very comfortable, great soft bed and powerful shower. We used the wave pool facilities during our stay and my 6 year old son had a fantastic time.

very good breakfast buffet, many different choices, we were with our family, so four adults enjoyed breakfast. The family room has two single beds for our son and our daughter, and a large bed for us, everyone slept well, which was also important to us - everything was there to make your stay pleasant and don't forget we compliment the staff and also compliments who keep the hotel room clean.

We as a family have no complaints, no negative comments For us it was a success and we will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

I had excellent vacation with my family in this hotel, all the services were available for us and the staff were very helpful and friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast had many varieties but you need to add some cheese to the items. The swimming pool is wonderful specially the waves it's perfect for all ages. There is a kids club for kids and a billiard table and a Gym for adults. The coffee machine in the Lobby was a nice hospitality for the guests it's open from 7 am to 7 pm. The rooms and the bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and there is a living room with small kitchenette which was very useful. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I'm looking forward to stay again here in the future.

the room size is a bit smaller than the other hotels in Thailand.

The room is clean and comfortable (we booked 38 sqm). The best of the property is definitely the Wave. My daughter enjoys it so much all the time we stayed. The staff are very friendly and have good service mind too. Can’t go wrong for the price as well. Definitely worth the money. I will stay here again for our next visit to Pattaya.

It’s not a big deal but the room has no wardrobe and no PowerPoint in the bathroom but it’s very tiny little thing compared with all the pros.

Very good place to spend a family weekend. There were many families with kids so our 2 y.o. girl always had friends to play with. Aside of this the facilities a quiet good. We always used our opportunity to stay at the pool even if weather didn't make it easy.

Consider the location. It might take awhile to get to Pattaya beach or some other popular destinations in central Pattaya. Especially at rush hour.

The facilities for kids (the wave, the pool, the snooker and other play tables). The rooms that are convenient and clean with japanese toilets.

Not enough lifts compared to the capacity of the hotel..it was so crowded that we waited for 10 mins our lift. Breakfast is at the lobby level. Huge amount of people wandering around in pyjamas and noisy 😂. We were glad not to take the breakfast option !

No ac inside elevator or corridors. A bad smell comes from bathroom. Maybe due to the sewage not so good from room up high.

the bedroom was too small to put baby cot inside the room, we book the room with requested cot ,so was expecting that the cot would fit inside the actual bedroom, we had to leave the cot out and get baby to sleep with us, since I can’t leave baby to sleep in the living room by himself. So, for anyone who wants to need to have a baby cot, make sure you check the size of the bedroom.
