It's a beautiful hotel with beautiful pools and views.

No free shuttles eg Airport pick up/drop off It was far from most places and wasn't anything within walking distance.

The room is big and comfortable with a fantastic sea view. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Breakfast is great. The garden is well kept and beautiful. The restaurant offers good food but on an expensive side.

Unfortunately, there is no way for disabled to go down to the beach. May be they should consider making an electric platform from the bar down to the lower level and then a ramp to the beach. The so-called 'music' in the restaurant and the lift is dreadful - so monotonous.

Food was good both breakfast and dinner. Hotel staff was exceptioal.

I was locked inside the toilet in my room, anyway staff came to let me out in a very short time.

Overall went very well… the family suite, the friendly Staff, the pools and the Spa, it’s one of the best we’ve had. Initially I wanted to book the pool access, but I guess I picked a wrong one. The Staff did well to ease my disappointment, they assigned our suite next to bar & pool entrance, literally steps to enter the pool, great service!

Location, the resort located in one of the furthest area

Open and relaxing atmosphere. Super clean everywhere. Vast choice of food and drinks at breakfast. Love Harnn products available at every public restrooms and spa. Staff at the reception are polite and accommodating. Amazing pool with relaxing sea view.

Pebbles Bar and Grill - staff are very nice, but main courses weren’t so impressive. 609 Kitchen - Despite the amazing breakfast, lunch menu (particularly pad thai) wasn’t so good, which was a little disappointing. Apple crumbles was very good though.

The hotel architecture is very nice and modern. It is facing a sea and the blue sky, so you can enjoy the sun rise and sun set from an unblocked view. The staff is very attentive and at your disposal any times. Breakfast line is superb, Lunch and Dinner are great with the variety of Western, Indian and the authentic Thai. Many facilities support the kids to have a fun time at the hotel. Room is clean and Bed is very comfortable.

To access the private beach, you need to climb a steep staircase. Watch out if you have a little kid or a senior wit you. Not that I don't like, but more on the concern how hotel will maintain this good facility. Some plugs, switches in my room do not working well, air conditioner in Spa room is very noisy. I hope, the management will pay the attention and fix those small things and keep this standard.

Beautiful rooms. Two excellent pools, one is an infinity pool and the other has a swim up bar. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Amazing food. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
