The location is great the building can use a facelift and some much needed upgrades to make it a more attractive modern stylish look , bedroom lighting could use a more bright lighting bulbs, the lack of pool and exercise room is a disappointment along with no restaurant are kitchen for breakfast, overall a great hotel for the great value and extremely nice staff second time staying

Perfect for party goers who sleep all morning and stay up all night. Suits the Pattaya night life perfectly. And very central .. short distances to were things happen .. parties, food, beach life.

Me personally will maybe choose a more quiet area next time. I like to party and have fun. But more once a week - not every day. Getting to old and weird for that. Loud music till 2-3 in the night. But if you are a heavy sleeper, then I guess it's okay.

Excellent location. Although the staff appeared to not speak too much English, they did okay (as did we with our intermediate Thai), and we managed. And they were extremely accommodating. When we couldn't find a nearby Grab car to take us to scheduled appointment, the co-managar drove us there himself. The room was very spacious, cool, clean, and wonderfully decored, with a great view of the beach and seaside. for being located so close to the beach and nightlife, I was pleasantly surprised how the room itself wasn't too much affected by the noise.

Honestly, there wasn't much I felt was missing, given the length and purpose of our stay. Perhaps if they had more than one English-language channel on the TV -- like a movie channel or something. But we don't really watch much TV anyway.

Still a very nice place to stay, however this time had some negative experiences in first days. Overall great hotel to stay

Several times lift not working, staff speaks no English as normal staff was absent, 2 days with no hot water. Happy i could change rooms after 2 days to a 2nd floor room with hot water.

the sea view was actually really nice. the room is large, comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful. will probably stay in this hotel if I visit pattaya again

although the view is nice, half of the view is a decrepit old building. but the other half is really nice, and you can angle yourself comfortably on the bed or couch for a great view

The rooms themselves were very nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is in a good spot to where you can get to the beach, bars, and restaurants with ease. It was also quiet enough to where I could not hear the bars or anything while I was trying to sleep.

The location of the hotel was excellent. close to everything but far enough from the nightlife. The staffs were helpful and they were able to recommend places to go for food and see. Had no issue besides Thailand weather.

The lift of the hotel was abit old and small. Recommend that it should get an update if possible.
