The staff especially the housekeeping really impressed me and my family for being honest and professional. My children actually forgot their Ipad in the room. We only returned to the hotel the next day after checked out to collect the Ipad. The children were very happy to get their Ipad back. We will definitely repeat the stay at this hotel the next time we visit Phatthalung. Thank you!
Not managed to get the connecting room even we requested up front during the booking. Hard for us to manage as our children still small (oldest is 9 years old) .

The bed made us book another night. Location is great and is 10 min walking distance from really good restaurants and roof top. Many of the attractions like bars are still closed due to the covid restrictions. There was the 6/6 roof top restaurant. A few night massage parlors a few mins walk from the hotel. Room is spacious and there’s a balcony for the smokers. Nice 4 star hotel and we just paid 1000 baht for a night. They had a big parking space so we didn’t have any issue finding a parking for our car.
No breakfast buffet. Their card machine wasn’t working when we wanted to pay for the room. Typical hotel high prices for laundry service. Little bit dark at night in the neighborhood, so watch out and be cautious specially these days when walking alone at night.
