Almost everything was perfect. Food is very good, the animation team is amazing, and the location is perfect, just a short journey (about 30 min) from Enfieda airport. Bar staff, waitres, restaurant management, and cleaners were amazing. One negative thing about the hotel is the reception staff. They were very rude, not helpful.

Two beatifull pools and gardens,private beach with plenty of sunbeds,great food-loads to choose from,daily activity with animation team (sometimes bit too push-y if u decline but overall ok).Super compfy beds and sun loungers!Best server/waiter Hoisin.

Guys selling trips-if u decline they become really rude.Loads of drunk and loud customers (but thats idea of all inclusive),bit outdated bathrooms.Some Employes expecting tips for everything.

We loved absolutely everything... from arrival to leaving.. the staff ARE amazing.. they make u feel like part of a family.. the only thing is and it's not just in the hotel but outside to..u feel pressured to give them more money.. i didn't mind but it makes u think are they being nice because you want to or for the money.. not every one is like that but some ... as i said everything is amazing.. I'd return 100 percent. The animation team is excellent too. Sam the jewellery guy is nice .. Alcheraf the waiter is always making sure we're good with drinks. And the activities are amazing too. I loved that there beach had cool water activities too.. loved that so thank you. Also the selection in the buffet was good.

Like I said just the pushing for tips. Also the reception staff are helpful and amazing and smiley except one guy.. seems like he doesnt care much and has a little bit of attitude.

Met my husband in this hotel 3 years ago..Loved it then and wanted to go back as it held a special place in our hearts..it still does...

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.There were a professional Bar Chef named Karim i think,he is working like crazy to make All special wishes,the reception team like always on the top,the Restaurant staff also and the animations team (momo/midou/…)you just cross snikey peoples everywhere ever they are not working on that humain conditions. The hotel could be much better if they give more value to the staffs working (with a suit ander 45 degree on the pool 🥵🥵)!!!!

Food in restaurant very good choice and hot, friendly staff and good service.

Bar service was poor staff not customer focused and slow.

Front desk staff where great , forget the ladies name but she was very friendly and accommodating. What ever you asked they would do their best to accommodate you . All food is halal, great entertainment, staff are very helpful , beach lunch area is very convenient. Great food and good variety.

Rooms were neat but require upgrading and revamp. Entrance hall needs more colour seems hollow . More umbrellas at the pool side and beach will be good , some guest reserve spaces for the day but use only for a few hours . I don't drink alcohol and the 2 moctails I had were basic , maybe invest in a crush ice machine would be good .

The hotel is beautiful and in a very good location. Room spacious and very clean. Very nice pools both outdoor and indoor. Excellent SPA/Fitness centre. Loved the constant supply of detox water and fresh juices around the bar area. Reception staff very helpful and charming. Room service excellent - room always smelled beautifully. Lovely view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

The reception and bar area was rather on the cool side so not very comfortable to sit around. The system to allocate tables in the dining room could do with some improvement. Very confusing at times with staff getting fractious when guests got things wrong. Water pressure in the rooms could do also improved - bath tub a bit tired. Lots of food, but perhaps a bit more healthy variety and not too oily.

Great Hotel location, air-conditioning for this time of the year is switched off! Was a bit crowded but overall great vibe! The front desk staff busy but super able to assist, Restuarant staff was truly amazing, very friendly and helpfull!

Restuarant super overcrowded! seating arrangement not great, we pretty much had a table for father and son set up in the corner of the hotel. Airconditioning switched off this time of the year, we had to request and moved to a room with a sea breeze, restaurant was very hot inside!

I had an amazing time during my stay. The room size was considerable big for 1 person, it was very clean and well decorated too. I have been to different resorts but, so far, this was the best one. Very sophisticated, modern, spacious and comfortable. The pool was amazing too... I only used the indoors but, the outdoors seems to be great with a lot of space around. The staff was amazing and very professional. House keepers always very polite and friendly. Mrs Rafika and Mr Bassein from Reception were very kind, friendly and paid all attention to every details. They made me fell very comfortable and thus, my stay was very pleasant. As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed by Mr Bussein in a very professional manner which made me fell good . Mrs Rafika was always prompt to help with anything I needed from booking taxi, provide information etc... Overall, the service provided was excellent. I highly recommend this resort and I'll definitely go back and stay longer. Thank you for providing such outstanding service.

The only thing that I would point, was the Wi-fi in the room specially in the night. It was weak probably due to many people using it at that time.
