Ramira City Hotel - Adult Only (16+)

Cleanliness, room size, food, shuttle to beach, pool area, location, staff, price quality ratio. Bar/catering staff has literally 0 days off, so they deserve huge credit, and respect! Same goes to housekeepers. Also special thanks for the entire staff for my birthday present!! That was a really nice gesture :)

Overall, a really pleasant experience, I guess you couldn't ask more for this kind of money. However let me leave a few suggestions on how to improve service for the future: Beach no 15: Old and used sunbeds and umbrellas, also pretty unfriendly and agressive beach staff there, management shold review their agreement and/or better select their partners, as this can highly affect the quality of the hotel's service. Drunk hotel guests are very annoying, especially at night, therefore more soundproofing would be a nice touch. Safe deposit box should be free of charge like anywhere else, insufficient amount of shampoo and shower gel (~ 15 ml, only causing problems if you don't want daily cleaning/refill.)

The staff was very friendly! It is a good hotel's location.. The room was big enough and cozy. There was always drinking water in the room.

The old bed linen with pills and small holes - Everything, bed linen and towels smell of bleach. - Unpleasant sewage smell from the bathroom. - Breakfast leaves much to be desired in quality. I mean, sausages and ham. - The hotel did not notify guests of the Booking hack and phishing emails being sent.

This was my second visit of this hotel and everything was great again. Tasty and various types of food in the hotel restaurant, nice rooms, kind and good english speaking hotel staff, great room cleaning service, good and always working shuttle to the beach. Also Alanya is nice place to spend the vacation, beautiful Kleopatra beach, many interesting places near the Alanya and night life in this city.

Only one thing was worse than before and it irritated me the most. And it was service on the hotel beach. There was a man, which administrate the beach and most of the time you had to discuss with him about the sunbeds you can choose on the hotel beach. Every day he behaved differently to you according to the mood and money he made from beach bar guests. And there was not a day you had to argue with him about the water. Every day you got an info from this guy you can not bring the water to the hotel beach although you got the water in the hotel everyday. Only correct solution was to buy it from this guy. This experience affected my impression from my vacation and this is the reason I give only 8 star rating.

- food was tasteless & repetitive (probably the worst quality I’ve experienced in an all-inclusive hotel) - like in other hotels in Turkey, cheap spirits and wines are being used for all-inclusive drinks - very small fitness center - usage of safe is 2€/night - beach towels are only replenished for an extra fee - fresh orange juice & Turkish coffee are also not included in the all-inclusive package - due to the low price, there are lots of primitive Russians

Over all a very good hotel good rooms and very clean the food is very good too and the Location of the hotel is perfect when you Like going Out visiting the city

Hotel was very clean and nice. Food was delicious with good variety and the staff is friendly. It's quite, no disturbing noises neither from the outside nor in the hotel. Before this hotel, I spent 1 month or so in Alanya and the internet/wifi was very problematic in the other places i stayed at. Room was nicely decorated and comfy. Checkin/chekout was easy and quick. They provide 3 liters of water for free daily (for the room mini bar). Entertainment was fun, even I danced 😁 It's not really a big deal but providing q-tips for the bathroom might be useful. Highly recommended!

We really enjoy our stay. We will come back for sure. The hotel Location its perfect everything near, the shuttle for the beach on time everyday the gentleman so nice and helpful.i like how the room is big as well the balcony everything was clean and nice. The food was tasty but not a-lot of variety but we love it. i’am amazed with the restaurant staff everyone were fabulous , taking care about everything so quick and organised, working hard and try to pleased everyone well done guys🤗. the bed small for me ,i’am 1.75m but small even not comfortable, i didn't like how when you stay one week they dont hoover the room when they refresh it especially the hotel near the beach, as well when they refresh the room they dont change the towel after 3 day i asked. i use the cup in the room for my medicine and i get surprised that they dont change the cup they just wash it in the toilet sink. my partner just give feedback about this to the Receptionist the male on the checkout he didn't say anything at all or ask how was our stay we really enjoyed and we was waiting to give our feedback but seems he didn’t care, he seems bored,he doesn't even smile to the guests. The parasol on the beach so old and doesn't look nice even for pictures.

We had a little inconvenience at check-in, but Kadriye, the manager, resolved it in a professional manner the very next day. We got more than the inconvenience caused. She compensated us in such a way that everything turned into a positive experience. She had a real professional attitude. About the hotel: a perfect choice. A selection of food suitable for the all-inclusive program at the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is delicious, especially the fresh salads and vegetables and the special Turkish sweets, such as baklava. The wifi worked perfectly everywhere in the hotel.The cleanliness is spotless, the staff is nice. The beach is not close, but the bus transfer is well organized. Overall, the hotel is an excellent choice, I recommend it.

The beach service. Including equipment such as broken umbrellas with rusty handles, and sunbeds pushed next to each other. However, this is operated by an external service provider, and the hotel cannot do anything about it. Nevertheless, it is pleasant to relax and swim on the beach.

It was a definitely a pleasant experience and I would recommend this hotel for vacation. Food was amazing and location of the hotel is perfect. Also, staff is well organized. Special thanks to the best waiter Emre, who delivered an exceptional service. He was always very friendly and pleasant, and he definitely deserves recognition.

Some of the bartenders were not so polite and barely spoke English.
