Really hospitality staff who cares about you and try to help with everything (thank you so much!). New furniture, new and good working bathroom equipment, High quality bed clothes, A very good mattress, Good cleaning. Awesome breakfast (a lot of different baked and fresh vegetables, eggs, cheese, bread and soup!), A very comfortable restaurant where breakfast are served, many tables have socket near them, comfortable chairs and armchairs. Excellent location, you can have a walk to all Antalya’s main points of interest.

Audibility within a room :((. I heard everything that happened in the neighbor’s bathroom because of room’s construction, every movement and sound of my neighbors. It’s really scaring when you wake up because someone makes a loudly toilet flash in the middle of your room :((. Internet didn’t work in my room. It was very inconvenient, I had to spend several hours in Lobby.

Excellent staff. Clean. Great location. Good breakfast; the soup was very much appreciated 😀 Very pleasent stay for me and my family. Many thanks to the helpful and caring hotel crew that made it possible. (Arzu, Leyli & Majnoon saying hi to you and your colleagus 😉)

We missed warm water for showering in the morning and it was because of solar powered system I suppose. But it was ok anyway

When i booked this hotel i had some doubts regarding the high positive feedback. I honestly stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and i loved it not only location was excellent itwas cleaned and the staff were great and always there to help so thank you everyone specially mehmet top man

Welcoming start entrance and Ferit Bey especially was very helpfull for any needs. We had toilet sit issue and they fixed immediately . Highly recommended from UK

Toilet odor fan was noisy

The location of the hotel is central but, just 7 minutes walking from the Old city and from the sea. But at the same time it is a quiet place. The staff was very friendly and despite some language barrier they always tried to help using online translation. The hotel itself is quite new and clean, housekeepers do their job well. The breakfast was always fresh, every day included one soup, two different egg dishes, different types of olives, bread and vegetables, as well as jams, honey and other spreads for toasts.

The wi-fi signal wasn’t good everywhere in the room. But in general it was fine.

Staff were brilliant. Irem the head chef is amazing at her breakfast. The twin brothers, the lady at reception Arzu, all were caring, helpful and so kind and sincere

No WiFi in the room. It was supposed to get fixed.

Our stay at Diamond Luxury Hotel was exceptional! The staff, particularly Amir and Yusuf, along with everyone else, made it the best hotel experience we've ever had. The manager and the entire team were incredibly helpful. As a family with children, we felt welcomed and treated like family. The assistance with decorations for a special day was above and beyond. We'll certainly be returning for another memorable stay

Reflecting on our stay at Diamond Luxury Hotel, I'd like to suggest enhancing the breakfast options, especially for families with children. Including pancakes in the menu would be fantastic, given their universal appeal to kids. This addition could offer a more diverse selection beyond eggs and better cater to the preferences of young guests. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and we appreciate the hotel's accommodating approach, such as assisting us with warming up milk for our children's weetabix and cereal

Location and staff were really friendly and helpful for everything . They took me in their car to a pharmacy to get some medicines in the middle of the night . The breakfast was very nice too.

The hotel is wonderful! Cleanliness - everything is new and clean, consistent with the photos and description. Food - excellent breakfast was included in the room rate. Location - Wonderful located - close to public transport - easy to reach from the airport. - Everything is within walking distance - the central shopping center, embankment, chain stores, streets with markets, shops with nuts and sweets, bakeries. Quiet street without cars. The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. Many thanks to administrator Arzu for her advice and help! And also to the chef for an excellent breakfast. The hotel is suitable for individual travelers and for couples or families with kids also. On my next visit to Antalya I will definitely stay at this hotel.
