A chain hotel with traditionally high standards. There is a sun deck with the outdoor pool, a good spa-section, with the inside pool and different types of steam bathes. The room is spacious (we've booked King Guest Room).

The location is quite far from the city center (a taxi ride will be needed). The local restaurant is overpriced (but there is a shopping center just opposite the hotel with McDonalds and other food corners). The reception staff is not up to the high standards of the hotel chain: most of them speak little or no English and they have mistakenly quoted a much higher price than I had in the booking (cited some technical error thereafter).

Clean and big rooms. The location isn’t right in the main touristy part of Çanakkale (ie it’s not near the ferry port) but the location was perfect for us - there’s a lovely waterfront walkway and plenty of food options nearby.

Make sure to double check your bill on check out if booking/paying in different currencies. We locked in a price to be paid to the hotel in euros (as per our booking confirmation). The invoice on checkout was in liras but according to the exchange rate it was around 2500 liras (90 euro) more than expected. Once we produced our booking.com confirmation showing the price in euros they adjusted the invoice but there appeared to be no logical explanation for why the discrepancy occurred

Comfortable and large, though not so bright room. Would like to mention the exceptional massage I received in the spa. Thanks to the fragile Balinese masseuse! Breakfast really good as a food.....as a drink.... filter coffee and black tea. Any other tea - no options - just green or espresso are extra.

So! In my opinion there a lot there to be desired from the staff - at the reception end at the restaurant - as summary indifferent and passive, with some exceptions. Regarded breakfast drinks - definitely not 5 starts standard. Regarded housekeeping - Two nights stay without cleaning, refreshing, changing towels, garbage disposal. Just somebody was left two small bottles of water in front of the room's door. Contradictory impressions.....

Some small issues which didn’t bother us because we stayed just one night

The hotel was clean as it was brand new. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room that we stayed there was a technical problem. Evwry 15 minutes the lights were turning off and the air conditioner too. We had to keep opening the door open to restart as we had to do this a few times during the night. Because it was late night we couldn’t inform the staff about the problem but we did mention it during checkout.

Location perfect for our needs and easy to find. Parking also easy (not so easy in town centre hotels)

Everything was good. Decent breakfast, but more of a European style buffet - not the level I was hoping for from a Turkish breakfast, really, and the room was pretty expensive. I probably would choose another hotel. Booking directly would have been cheaper than the online service we used.

The location and ambiance of the place. Reception staff and bell person very friendly. The lady at the entrance of the restaurant also very pleasent and meets you with a broad smile. Excellent prayer room.

The staff at the breakfast venue could do with a little sugar before starting work. They efficient in what they do but very cold and not friendly.

A beautiful hotel. Lovely modern modern rooms with nice views. Clean functional and, importantly in summer, cool! The whole complex was beautiful and very modern with great indoor and outdoor pools and bar areas. Breakfast was the best we had in Turkey.....magnificent! The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. A wonderful experience!

Everything is excellent including the staff, and the kitchen staff. They treat you in a kindly and promptly.

The facility in general is very clean and all amenities available for an enjoyable stay.

Thanks to Mrs Ecem we visited all possible historical sites. Unique kindness and positive energy. Thanks also to her colleague Borish. We will be back again!
