Portakal Hotel Dalyan

The location of the hotel is fantastic. You’re around a 10 minute walk into town but you have views of the dalyan river from your hotel room and pool area. The best of both worlds! Every member of staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. I was travelling alone which can be daunting especially in a new location so it made me feel so relaxed and at ease when I was welcomed by the hotel staff here. They always asked if I was okay and if there was anything they could help with which was greatly appreciated. I’m very much looking forward to returning :)

The staff is very nice and helpful. The territory is beautiful, especially the garden side. Our room was very clean, air conditioned and comfortable. Cocktails were the strongest ones we’ve tried on this vacation and the most affordable too. Breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty, just a normal Turkish breakfast palette. Overall, it’s a good stay, not far from the city and you can find lots of beautiful restaurants on the way to the centre.

We traveled as a couple and didn’t know that the hotel is more family-oriented. So just keep in mind that there are lots of kids. Also, the pool looks bigger on the pictures than in reality. Plus, a huge hotel sign is covering beautiful view of the mountain. All in all, it’s a good hotel for a few days of stay in Dalyan.

Amazing location.Rooms are perfect.All furnitures are new.They have just renovated hotel and excellent design.RRooms are very big and comfy.Staff is very helpful.Owners helping you for everything.Breakfast is excellent.All area is green with lemon and orange tree.You can walk to center in 10 minutes by walking.Iztuzu beach boats are taking you in front of hotel and it is very enjoyable to go to Iztuzu beach by boat.All hotel is very hygenic and clean.Higly recommended and I will go with my family on august for a long time

A beautiful hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. We had a family room, which was spacious & clean. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was extremely good with plenty of choice. The hotel gardens & pool area are very well maintained with comfortable seating & plenty of shade if required.

Excellent location,excellent and clean rooms,nice garden,good staff.We enjoyed so much and will come back in august with our friends.Delicious breakfast.Very big pool area.Rooms are big and very comfortable.Smelling good.I stayed so many hotels in Dalyan but Portakal Hotel was the best.Higly recommended

Service was very nice. Friendly people, good service. Everyone is very helpful. It's helpful to know some Turkish, since not all the staff is fluent in English. Very clean rooms. The breakfast is huge and delicious. Freshly baked Turkic specialities. And tea as much as you want, during the whole day. And there was a small beach, right across the street.

I would have been happy about a little more melon on my breakfast plate, but that's jut me. :D

Friendly , helpful staff . Beautiful location, immaculate rooms and grounds . Great Turkish Breakfast . Pick up for boat taxi to turtle beach right outside and also jetty for feribot to Caunos ruins ( short 1km walk) . We came with older teenage children but also great for little ones ( separate baby pool) , very safe and secure . We loved our interconnecting family room too. Great Value for money

Amazing staff, so helpful and happy. Very clean everywhere. Bar man was brilliant and with good sense of humour. Pool is a good size for Hotel. Breakfast is very fresh with some variety.
