Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Both Nebahat and Yigit do their best to make your stay more comfortable. Our room for the first night had a bed and a sofa as opposed to two separate beds like in the reservation. On the next morning there was another room set for us with two separate beds. I like the cleanliness in the rooms and the comfortable continental beds. I am a heavy coffee drinker and I love the fact there's a free coffee from a self serve machine at the reception.

Rooms are rather on the small side. Breakfast is served by the personnel, there's no buffet service, though the breakfast was generous and freshly prepared.

Everything was fine and as expected. The staff is very polite, supportive and smiling, especially the girl at the reception - Nebahat. She is also speaking Bulgarian, which was a nice surprise and was quite helpful.

The only issue I can mention is that the hotel is located at a very noisy street while the window frames do not provide good noise isolation so you could hear the outside noise inside the room quite loud, especially at night.

The location was good, the receptionist very polite and professional. The room was very clean and warm, the mattress was confy. We had parking space right in front of hotel. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can eat which isn't noisy at night. Water, tea, coffee, slippers, clean towels.

We had the room right on the last floor, right next to the elevator. Every time somebody uses it you can hear a very clear click clack noise in the room. We managed to get few hours of sleep because of this so we felt tired the next day.

We visited with a baby and had an amazing stay. The room was warm, a kettle and baby cot were available, as well as a high chair at the bar/restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good, close to Erasta mall and 3M and 5M Migros.

Some rooms face the boulevard which can get noisy.

The hotel is really nice. It is located near to the city Center and near to the shopping malls.The staff was very kind and willing to help, espesially Nebahat helped us and provide us many information that we needed. The rooms were very clean and cosy. The breakfast was very tasty. If we will visit the city again, we are going to stay there for sure.

Very comfortable & clean. Excellent friendly & helpful staff particularly on reception. Although on a Saturday night & busy the room we had was very quiet. would not hesitate in recommending to family or friends. Pet friendly & small convenient park nearby. Good Turkish breakfast

Road side parking but found a space close to the hotel.

I liked my room very much. My room was super clean! Also I’d like to add that it has big window with a nice view of the city. Location is perfect, 10 mins from centre. WiFI is working properly. Breakfast also is great and very big portions 😅Too much for me. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Ms. Nebahat on reception was so nice, answered me on each question I had. Thanks to stuff and accommodation I’d definitely come here;)

Windows looking to the hotel entrance with a hotel cafe. Cafe was very crowdy and people were loud. You can close your window and use AC, but if you like quite place and fresh air - you might be disappointed.

The hotel is excellent. We were accommodated in two nearby rooms (at our request). The staff is smiling and kind. The girl at the front desk recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner. The rooms are very clean, the furniture is nice. There is a kettle in the room. Breakfast is great, definitely more than you can eat. We will be back again.

We are visiting the hotel for the third time. As always everything was on point. The rooms and facilities are nicely put together. The bathrooms are really great and well arranged. everything is clean and tidy, location are s also very good - walking distance to the main points.
