Very good 4 star hotel in the direct vicinity of shopping area. Also near main road to enter or leave Eskisehir. I had a very good bed and even the early morning appeal from the imam for prayer was hardly hearable
Parking in front is in my view vulnerable for theft or damage to the parked cars eventhough video protection is available.

Everything was good, we liked the hotel. The rooms were clean, staff were so kind and welcoming. Just beside there is a shopping center and so many restaurants and cafes.
There was only one water in the room for coffee and tea but we were expecting 2 more to drink. But it is not a big problem.

I really liked the big bead- three people could sleep on it and it was very comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from the Anadolu university, where I attended a conference. The Manager went out of his way to help me to book bus tickets for my next travels and he handled each question as important. The other staff was friendly too.

The hotel is really good value for it's price. The location is perfect - very easy to reach it and in the same time close to the centre. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend Merlot hotel Eskisehir!

Good location. Very clean rooms. We requested non-smoking rooms and they were actually non smoking, it’s not very often in Turkey. Good Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed.

Personal is just great, highly professional. One example, they gave us personal umbrella to use during the rain. The breakfast is strong, thank you for wonderful cheese with honey. The gym is clean and have enough space to make exercises. Very clean.
The only thing which is very visible is outdated wallpapers which are damaged here and there.

Very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient and the service and staff are excellent. Good value for the price.
The breakfast wasn't quite as good as in the past. Some things (boiled eggs, potatoes) sitting out too long and not kept warm. Not much fruit selection. Nescafe machine not working properly. Still good overall, just not as good as before COVID.

Everything was good. Clean, comfortable rooms.
Only problem was room temperature, it was very cold. You cant increase it, A/C is controlled centrally. I suggest you to change this policy.
