Charisma De Luxe Hotel

I want to say that I liked it. We lived on the 5th floor, in a room with a sea view. The view was very picturesque at different times of the day. A comfortable balcony where you can sit in armchairs and drink tea at the table. There was a clothes dryer and ironing facilities in the room, which was very convenient. Pleased with the presence of a kettle and mugs. A slightly unusual bathroom in which the shower and toilet are separated from the washbasin by a door. There is no door to the washbasin, but it turned out to be quite convenient. Convenient beach in the form of a wooden platform on stilts. On the beach there are sun loungers with umbrellas and beach towels. The water is very clean. Breakfast is quite varied, in the local traditions. I like fresh fruit

From what I didn't like. WiFi was quite slow in the room which was a big surprise for a 5 star hotel. The cleaning schedule for the rooms is not entirely clear. A couple of times we were left without cleaning. I was very annoyed by the noise from the neighboring nightclub at night until 5 o'clock. And in recent days it has been added during the day. The air conditioner in the room worked strangely. The operating modes on the remote control did not always match the real ones. One of the shelves in the room was hit by woodworms and the staff's fight against them was not very successful.

This property has a magnifique view to the seaside. it is breathtaking. you can sit all day on the balcony and stare at the see and you will not get bored. the room was nice and cozy, but the balcony and bathroom were a little too small. it was very clean and the room was thoroughly cleaned daily. the staff was really helpful and friendly. we also needed the nurse due to a bad cough, and she helped us a lot. the food was also amazing, both breakfast and dinner. the pool was also amazing, very clean and with a breathtaking view.

the reason I only gave the mark 8 was the Wi-Fi, that was NOT working. we had really, really bad connectivity. for a 5-star hotel it is really not ok for the wifi not to work. besides, everything was very fine and we enjoyed our stay.

I really liked the hotel! We stayed in the beautifully decorated room with a perfect sea view (Seems like most of the rooms have the sea view), with a high ceiling and big balcony. It was ver well cleaned. Also I really liked minibar, there is a rich choice of drinks (extra charge). Location is very central. Breakfast was pretty good, but I couldn’t see a good coffee machine there.

It’s not the end of the world but I’ll mention just some little details which are missing but important if the hotel represents itself as a high class and quality: 1)In such a good and not cheap hotel, when there is a “Luxe” word in the name, I suppose that there should be coffee machines like nespresso in every room! Lots of much cheaper hotels which I visited before (in EU) have coffee machines, it’s not a big luxury anymore. 2) there were only 2 pillows in the room. That’s strange 3) with a such a nice full minibar that would be good to have at least vine glasses in the room.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Stayed 7nights .This hotel has everything you could possibly want. Rooms are big .views are amazing. Safety standard are high. Bathroom doors are sliding one wheelchair accessible. Emergency telephone in Bathroom. Plus a window screen that is visible from the bedroom. Staff throughout the hotel are amazing people .from the moment you enter the hotel there is lovely atmosphere and a great welcoming. Front desk staff are so efficient polite and friendly. Bell boys are superb at your beck and call . Housekeeping staff nothing is a problem for them alway willing to go the extra mile. Our room was kept immaculate towels changed bed linen changed everyday if required. Dinning room and Restaurant staff Absolutely go over and beyond the call of duty. Food was to die for. Sorry we didn't experience the Happy Hour the indoor pool and spa always next time. I've pre booked for next year .can't wait to go back .sorry i can't remember all the names. The location was fantastic close to the restaurants, bars, and shops. Great breakfast options. I loved having a Starbucks in the hotel opening from 8am to midnight. Spacious room with a balcony and views of the ocean. The bar was opened 24 hours, so you could always have a drink when returning at night, and I loved the chocolates they gave you with the drinks. I actually bought some of these chocolates in duty-free. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool wasn't open, but the indoor pool was warm, and the surrounding area of the pool was clean and pleasant to relax. We did spend sometime sitting outside having drinks, and it was great to relax overlooking the ocean. We ate in the seafood restaurant at the hotel one night and the food was lovely.

The AC stopped working on the second night, but we survived as we opened the door to the balcony and reported it to the reception desk the next morning. It was fixed by the time we returned that evening.

Our room was fantastic with a 180 degree view of the Ocean and city. They had a fantastic spa and an Olympic sized indoor pool. All this came in handy when it was raining and we couldn't go out. Breakfast was good. It was cold and windy so one couldn't participate in the outdoor swim or diving programs etc. We could walk to many restaurants nearby.

I was surprised when we went for dinner to their regular restaurant and the staff made us sign for buffet as soon as we sat down. Then immediately they asked us to quickly take food in one go as it was their closing time. It was very unprofessional of them as they should have informed us that it was closing time when we entered. Our entire dinner was spoilt. It would have been better had we gone out somewhere.

In the hotel nothing; neighboring club was very noisy. Luckily our room was at the other end of the building so we were not too much impacted.

My room was perfect, great view of the sea & on the quieter side of the hotel, unless there were any functions, then it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was fine with great choice & with the weather so wonderful plenty of space to sit in the open air terraces to enjoy the view.

Not much... the fact that I was only left 2 coffee pods in my room & had to pay for them to use for the rest of the stay. Also, I did not receive a receipt of the payment that was taken automatically, without advising or asking me on the day of my arrival, giving me no choice of changing my payment method ! Kindly arrange for that receipt to be forwarded asap please.

Charisma hotel it’s on the best hotels we been!!!l location it’s perfect! facilities it’s good!!! all staff are sooooo nice,polite,helpful!!! we attended spa in hotel and got the best treatment from lovely ladies!!!! Thank u very much to all people who works there and making us happy!!!! from the first step to hotel workers in reception ,specially Yigit,made us feel welcome!! thank u very much guys!!!Also need to admit that all kitchen staff were very helpful and food was incredibly fresh and nice!! variety of dishes was amazing!!!! thank u so much!!!Swimming pool looks amazing with the best view of the sea!! Thank u to the staff who is working at the bar,specifically to Mehmet!! thank u guys!!!

Great views snd location.

Concierge staff to help with day trips were not available mostly.we did external travel Companies and taxis as a result!!! . Last day when we had uo leave@ 7am for airport, we asked kitchen staff who agreed we coukd have early breakfast at y 30am.On arrival though, the floor manager started shouting & being rude asking us to come at 7am!!!!poor communication.However, a European group got breakfast at y.30am mini buffet 2 days prior when they left!!! Why the differential treatment for Asians???
