This was my second stay in this hotel. The food was really good.you can find food in every corner. The aqua park was fantastic with many new slides. The staff in main resturant were doing their best to satisfy every single customer. Mr. Abdulmajit and Ahmet were really great. All of them had smile on their face despite their hard work. The beach was also very nice.. The room service was also excellent. There are many entertainment like football.tennis courts. The children can have fun all the day. There are many clean swimming pools around the hotel

IThe air conditioning was terrible. It was really hot all the day. I called maintenance twice but it didnt work. The carpet in the room should be changed. The shows in the hotel doest suit all cultures

Food was amazing, selection and taste was over expectations. Beach and sea were sandy, clean and beautiful. Large and clean pools. Staff was smiling, helpful, very qualified. Hotel was very suitable for kids. Room we stayed was big and suitable for a family.

The room was very noisy, there is no sound insulation from sides and above floor plus echo from the entrance. It was difficult to sleep in the morning with the cleaning sounds all around. Beds were not very comfortable. Housekeeping lost pyjamas that was left inside the bed. I kept on asking reception for 3 days to have it found or to learn what happened. It couldn't be found and they didn't apologize or offer anything in exchange for that.

Very beautiful hotel with big pool area and very close to the sandy beach. Food and drinks were very good. We can recommend the seabar for those who enjoy nice cocktails! The Selin pool area is nice and „quite quiet“. Our Baby slept for hours on the sunbed next to the children pool. For those who need more animation can just go to the sister hotel Fulya which is just besides the Selin hotel. We enjoyed staying in a relatively quiet hotel but having the possibility and access to go to Fulya when we wanted to have more animation. We used the transfer company through the hotel (Antalya airport - hotel - Antalya airport for 110 EUR + 5 EUR for baby car seat) and were super pleased! When going back to the airport they came 10 minutes later than agreed but informed us about the delay via whatsapp, very professional! Money well spent. Other than that, we were also pleased with the room cleaning.

Crazy sunbeds - reservation behaviour! Literally all sunbeds at the pool area are reserved by 9 am and most of them stay empty until hours later. Here I would really recommend the Hotel to take necessary actions to improve the situation.

very few British customers as mainly Russian and German. Only a small point, just made it harder for kids to meet others etc.

Really nice hotel that offers everything you need for a perfect holiday: plenty of chairs on the beach, big and very clean rooms, including great sea view, broad variety of high quality food, lots of entertainment and very polite staff. The big spa & wellness area with a broad massage menu and other treatments take you to another level. Special thanks to Remi. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

The hotel facilities (beach, spa, pools, entertainment) are great. Food was amazing, plenty of options for every taste (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).

Some staff are very friendly and nice; but others (like the receptionist in the evening) were very non-professional for a 5-star resort/hotel and a lot of them only speak Turkish and German and no or little English. Drink quality is average; again for a 5-star hotel one expects better quality cocktails!

the staff there is so damn racist. they wouldn’t bother with service to me and pretend they didn’t understand English. the only people they are good too is their own country people.

The property has an excellent location, right on the private golden sand beach. The sea has no stones and a smooth entrance which suits children as well. There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach and around the pool, so you do not need to hurry in the morning. The hotel itself provides comfort and really great choice of food and entertainment for everyone. Staff are very helpful and they are truly trying to do their absolute best. Our thoughts go especially to the waiters and the main restaurant managers. Thank you so much for making this holiday unforgettable! We are already planning our next stay at Sentido Kamelya Selin!

The internet was sometimes a bit slow, but on the other hand we had it in the room and all around the property, even on the beach, so there was actually nothing to complain about.
