Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, particularly at checkin. The room was lovely and there was a good choice of food at dinner and breakfast. Really good value meal packages were available and nice touches like fruit left in the room for us. The pool was also heated to a nice temperature considering that the weather has been on the cool side.

The only thing I can think of is that the shower water needed to be hotter.

The food was amazing!! The variety was perfect cause we wanted to try new cuisines and the buffet had it all! Everything was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. Food was refilled accordingly and regularly so it was so appealing to grab seconds! Also the drinks corner was rich with choices of different hot and cold drinks. Even the H2O pool bar had it all and was rich with refreshments. I have to mention everyone in Arabesque restaurant because they gave an exceptional and excellent service! From the very first day they were delightful, helpful and cheerful! I would like to thank Mohsen, Jehanzaib, Farhan, Khalid and his team and Of course Mr Soumajit Chaki for making our stay extra special. They helped my family to throw me a beautiful birthday surprise and even left us some wonderful delights in our room as a thank you for staying with them. Also I would like to thank the lovely people in the reception, especially Hajar, she greeted us with a smile and presented us with complimentary drinks and she also helped us with our check out and was absolutely pleasant. We also tried the spa service and the relaxation massage fits the criteria well and the girls did a wonderful job. I would also like to thank the beautiful people in room service as they have done a great job at keeping the room clean and tidy and help us whenever we needed them. Special thanks to Afan for helping us change rooms due to a minor problem with the door lock, they were all quick to fix the issue and he was very sweet and helpful throughout the moving. Everybody was amazing with no exceptions!The seating area in the beach was always neat and clean not a litter or chaos in site. Also the life guards were very attentive and polite and made sure of everybody’s safety. We booked our stay in a very windy season and I noticed the wonderful job of life guards and how they guided people to stay on the safe side. We had a pleasant time swimming there as well as the pool, it was warm and clean.

We were with 2 kids and our friends stayed at the same time with their kids otherwise would be boring, there is no territory only swimming pool and small amazing beach. There is very good spa service with 50% discount at off peak time. The food was nice focusing on oriental kitchen but not too many options for kids. The room was comfortable, good cleaning and concierge service. Lifeguards on the beach were watching carefully all the time.

Nothing, i have read the reviews carefully in advance so was prepared and the choice was conscious. The right choice to balance a bit if you stayed for a few nights in more expensive Dubai with better views and facilities as we did.

1. Pls put carpet in d rooms coz d floor is slippery?, cold 2. Pls change d TV to smart Tv instead of instead of 20th century tv in d rooms or suites 3. Pls provide health fosset in all d washrooms ITS A MUST Pls. 4. Breakfast pls add more indian dishes apart from idli saambar. 5. Chargrs r extremely high compared to Hilton Fairmont Radisson and the standatd of Bahi is not 5 star its only 4 star honestly. 6. Swimming pool should b shaded from above during summer to avoid leaves flowers falling in. Swimming pool is tooo crowded like vegetables market.

The bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in, with plush bedding that felt like sleeping on a cloud. What truly set Bahi apart, however, was its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The concierge was particularly noteworthy, providing expert recommendations that helped me discover hidden gems in the area. In conclusion, my stay at Bahi was an unforgettable experience that exceeded my expectations in nearly every way. It's a testament to what a hotel experience can be when every element is executed with thoughtfulness and excellence. •Great Location •Heated Pool that’s open till late for UAE (8pm) •The beach with enough chairs and green spaces even when the hotel is fully occupied. •Outdoors seating area for breakfast was really nice although a little bit small. •View from the rooms. ++ For a couple with a celebration such as BD or anniversary etc .. the Writing on the Beach option is a GREAT plus and Their Artist/Life guard “PUSHPA” does it beautifully Above expectations !!❤️ Thank you PUSHPA- Hussain and Samuel from reception and all the housekeeping team of 7th floor. We loved it !

1-Rooms and furniture need a little renovation / Maintenance (Speaking about a 5 stars property) 2-breakfast is served 6:30 - 11:00 ,, we arrived at 7 o clock and they weren’t really ready to serve yet until 7:10am. 3-No sound proof at all in the rooms You can clearly hear what’s going on in the corridors and opposite way around. 4- bit of animation or activities for the guest would be a great plus.

Book a room, and you're treated like a Queen ! From the moment you step out of the car, the luxury lifestyle begins. Valet service quick, kind, and reliable. Sam will meet you after you book in, offering some history on the hotel and Ajman. Noting your plans for guests or offering dinner suggestions. Sam has a unique ability to make you feel at home. He holds professional talent and shows great leadership. The buffet has everything you want to tempt your taste, buds.The manager in the restaurant is so sweet and kind you want to stay for dessert and hot tea ! The rooms are spacious and have great views ! The front hall is beautiful as you walk in. The hotel offers great shopping on site. You never have to return home without a special gift. Business or not, we relaxed and had a wonderful time !

Room is really nice and spacious, the staff are polite and helpful.

I was disappointed by the lack of waterpark or even the size of the pool. When it's crowded the pool become useless. Kids playground are good for 1 day, beyond that the stay becomes boring. I'm also disappointed by the open buffet, food was not bad but buffet is small and limited. Also the soft drinks included in the open buffet formula were not put on disposal, it felt like we have to beg to get water or drink (although we paid the full price of it). Please work on that, as it gives bad feeling.

Overall, we had an amazing experience at the facility. The staff was very friendly, hospitable and professional throughout our stay. Mis. Hema at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasant and comfortable by giving us a free upgrade and providing us with a detailed induction on the facility. The staff at the poolside and beachside were always alert and polite which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed by the amazing view from our room (401,501). The spa/massage was professional and relaxing with a 50% discount for in-house guests which made it even more affordable for us to enjoy their services. Dragon Place restaurant is a must-try for sushi lovers as their dishes were delicious and well-explained by their kind staff.

I would like to highlight H2O staff; I was disappointed to see him being racist (Arabic staff) by disrespectful behaviour to other countrymen other than Arab national and being selective in preparing drinks for us. The manager InCharge who came upon my complaint was a gentleman who also an Arab national was very polite and professional who then gave us the right drink we ordered. It would be 10 stars from my side if I would have not met that person. Food was amazing, but I would recommend a change in verities of dishes for the other day. What I felt is same dish each day for people with 2 or more night's stay would be disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, it was a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The Hotel Manager Mr. Danish and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. They provided great recommendations for local dining and activities, and I felt truly taken care of during my stay. Thank you, Mr. Danish Also, huge thank you!! to Mr. Saad and Mr. Soumajit who ensured that daily dietary requirements were met for us while enjoying the delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner that was freshly prepared at the kitchen. My son had a great time at the pool and on the beach, thanks to the wonderful lifeguards: Soju, Prem, Ahmed, Dedhraj and Pushpa you are all just great! Thank you for playing with my son, he had a great time. Prem, Soju and Ahmed became his friends! Michelle and Phobie from kid's club were awesome, they took a good care of kids that were staying in hotel with their parents. The women personnel that were giving towels were amazing too! Room cleaning service was excellent just I wished I got a chance to take the names of those folks. Thank you, guys!!! You made this vacation memorable. It would not be that great without your hospitality and amazing service. People that work at this hotel are the greatest asset to it! The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to many popular attractions, yet still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. This Last one is for the main bosses: your employees need a raise for being exceptional.

We liked everything. Hotel has a hard-working staff. Kids room can be upgraded though.
