Location was great, right by the bridge (worth a walk along the river), & close to the centre. We had drinks & dinner there the first night, very good food & a friendly atmosphere. The soft furnishings in the room all seemed new, & the bed was very comfy. Parking isn't available on site (as with most of Bewdley I think) but the car park at the end of the road is reasonably priced & an easy walk.

The room shape meant it was a little tight for space in places - enough room but not spacious. And another accessible socket each side of the bed would be useful, as would a bin in the bathroom.

Location excellent. Staff approachable and helpful. Separate entrance to accommodation, so freedom to come and go at any time.

Rubbish-strewn (inaccessible) balcony. Not bothered about using it but at the very least it should be tidied and cleaned up. As it was summer (just), it didn't bother me but I can imagine the room would be quite draughty in winter as you could see daylight between double doors of balcony.

Loved the location and the staff. Lovely room with a balcony. The food and breakfast was stunning. Nothing was too much of a problem for the staff and they were very helpful and friendly.

Would have been nice to have coffee and tea replenished for 2 night. A mirror with clear light for doing make up would also be nice. Plenty of light and mirrors just the one for doing make up was under the TV so a little awkward.

Owner was friendly. Lovely laid back approach. Bedroom was bright and clean . Bathroom sparkling clean. Beautiful quality towels. Couldn't find fault at all. Would highly recommend staying there

Bit of noise from the pub next door but didn't go on till late , so it wasn't a problem

Bed was comfy, furniture was lovely, amazing view to the river, great location, friendly staff, lady cleaning when we left was very polite to us even completed my hair. Lovely looking pub below owners Left us to our own devises no disturbance other guests. Defo come again would love to try the owners pub food as we where at a wedding so only really used room to get ready and sleep. 😁 Geese at night were talking away loudly but have to say i loved it. 💕🌃 Also accommodated us a early checking as out room was luckily free when i called so ot ment it was empty for us tonarrive when the owner open the pub 10am so always inquire about this.

The place was clean enough but could be improved on the floor areas, Maybe a bottle of water for your guest to fill the kettle as tap sink to small to fill kettle. Our t.v would not work with or without wifi. No one to help when pub his shut. Not much toilet roll. That being said would still go back.

EXCELLENT value for money, everything you need complete attention to detail with including the iron and ironing board aswell as hairdryer. SPOTLESS bedding/towel/toilet/shower tray and all surfaces FANTASTIC location couldn't of asked for better and very FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING staff who stored our bag whilst we were on a day trip. I WILL BE BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN

Quite a lot of cobwebs and tiles in the shower were a bit dirty/marked shower tray and glass spotless. No Wifi which didn't please my 10yr old. EVEN GIVING THIS I WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN

Was close too town and we had a river view so that was great !! Bed was comfy and the shower was powerful . The staff were smiley and helpful .

The b&b is situated next too a busy and noisy pub late at night ( not the one the b&b is owned by ) we know the location and knew it would be busy but never realised until we stayed just how noisy it would be … this goes on till early morning / night .. then at 5.00am we were woke by the man who I assumed owned the same pub hosing down the road and tables making a lot of noise … this isn’t the fault of the people we rented the b&b off … but will stop us going back , real shame

Lovely river view from the room. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

As the Courtyard is close to a local bar there was loud music until 1am both nights. This would probably discourage us from staying there over a weekend in the future.

Room was excellent, very comfortable bed and terrace was fantastic in the nice sunny weather. Already booked up to stay again when I'm down in September. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Hot water took ages to come through then wasn't very hot but that's about all really.

what a beautiful place with a great view, A great location brilliant value for money and a beautiful breakfast and friendly staff will defiantly be back again.

not one thing to dislike about this property.
