Decor was beautiful. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

Bar staff weren't very cheerful. Location wasn't very pretty. Check-in was lengthy and the birthday extra for my husband wasn't in the room when we arrived, although this was quickly rectified.

This hotel was a perfect little haven in a wonderful location in Cambridge. Friendly and helpful staff, great bar and restaurant, great pool/sauna/steam room, great cafe with delicious coffee and treats. The room was set up perfectly for our week stay, and we will definitely stay there again on a future trip. We loved how it was close to the Cam for walks/runs, and near the Jesus Green Lido for refreshing swims. It was out of the busiest part of central Cambridge but an easy walk to get there.

A very small point since we loved this hotel--we couldn't understand why there was no cloth or paper towels or anything to wipe down the kitchen when we used it. I know in a long term stay one would go to the store and buy all your provisions but for a short term, this was inconvenient for us that something wasn't provided.

Room- Booked one of the studio rooms, really clean, well lit,spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen area! Swimming/Sauna: Was awesome, lovely functions, had the pool all to ourselves between 13-16pm each day! Clean. Sauna was nice too. Clean towels provided too Valentine’s day: Ambience created was wonderful, musicians present, was allowed to eat my husbands birthday cake even though ordered from outside! Lounge/pool table: Calm relaxing interiors, was perfect for work, Bike rentals; Lovely to explore Cambridge with the lovely bikes we rented from the hotel at no cost Staff: lovely and really helpful

Breakfast- Paid for the breakfast included room option- only to find out that we still had to pay more for hot food. Continental- cold stuff,pastries and cereal was all that was included…disappointing. The Folio restaurant hmmm, the meals we ordered were quite basic. fancy names and prices but needs some improvement. Room: Too warm, we ended up getting fans though, but was not so comfortable, as room had no windows. Room service was mid/average. Wifi- basic free wifi, had to pay extra to stream movies

AMAZING!!! the best hotel ever !! the room was unreal and very clean and spacious. we would definitely stay here again !! they made an amazing effort to make my partners birthday super special by adding a banner, balloons, a cake and a card! we even had spa access which made the stay that bit more perfect !

Am amazing, relaxing, lovely property. You walk into a wonderful smelling lobby to smiling staff, ready to welcome you in a VIP way. We loved the Attenborough suite as 1 adult and 2 filèrent, lovely comfortable bed and sofa bed, nice tea kitchen and huge bathroom. Beautiful decor and just super cozy room. Modern, refreshing, relaxing, high class. Coop grocery store 2 minutes walk away is quite ok, local pub the Waterman fairly decent with nice staff. 15 minute walk to Cambridge center via Jesus Green.

A wedding was taking place the Saturday night, restaurant was closed (though we were told it would open at 8pm) but they accommodated us in the Sage cafe but on a very limited menu. Our waiter saved it thankfully, a charming young man who was so nice, professional and just sweet and discreet. Breakfast buffet on Sunday the next morning was insanity. Understaffed, overbooked, empty bowls of food, took a long time to replenish, and just too small a space for so many guests. Stream room closed and seems to have been for months. Would prefer the managent doesn’t chalk it up to “maintenance issues” at this point :) Construction along the main road added a bit of annoyance when walking to town but manageable.

Fellow house is very new, it has underground garage for the cars. Our room was designed for 3 persons (one bedroom and a sofa) and it was comfortable. There was a kitchen fully equipped (we did not use it, but seemingly it was great) with a coffee machine and toaster. This was rather an apartment than a room. Bed was really king size. Bathroom is modern, clean and also bathrobes were provided. The fitness was great (we have not tried the swimming pool). The breakfast was fresh and wide choice. If you take bus 1 , 8 or 9 you can get to the center in 15 mins.

We were in room 168 and we had to walk a lot to our room. The shape of the hotel is a square, and we had to go three sides instead of going directly to our room, because the fitness part is on the corner of the building and you can not go through there. The heating was somehow operating strange it was not possible to set the temperature only to turn it on or off. We turned it off and it was a little cold in the morning but nothing terrible. Overally, great hotel, but not in the center, and may be a little expensive compared to what it offers.

I was extremely disappointed with the amount of children screaming splashing around in pool. I strongly suggest allocated family and adult only times.

The property was lovely, very modern and cosy feel. It was clean and tidy with fantastic facilities. We stayed for a weekend away to celebrate my friends 40th birthday and we couldn’t have asked for more. We arrived to a room upgrade, a card and chocolates for my friend and a complimentary drink each in the bar that evening. The reception staff were amazing, huge smiles for us and couldn’t be more helpful. The restaurant staff were just as wonderful, our evening meal was magnificent and the service matched. We were thoroughly looked after, I would return in a heartbeat. A huge thank you to all the staff there for making our trip even more enjoyable.

The only thing I can say I didn’t like was a broken button on the lift, the property was brilliant and I really couldn’t fault it!

The decor, cleanliness, staff and comfort were really great. staff were all super friendly. breakfast was really good, at additional charge but we knew this. parking is underneath the hotel which is handy. The hotel lobby and bar area is amazing, and smelled fantastic - I’ve never been anywhere with such a lovely and distinct smell?! It was a nice touch I guess, but not one we expected to find we would have stayed another night however we booked this hotel a few months ago and the price was significantly lower - the cost of a further night last minute was prohibitive for us

Parking was a little expensive. and we couldn’t see there was any room service - not a deal breaker, but it’s fairly pricey so I think it’s fair to expect this? the location was close to some bars but not in city centre, short car journey only though.

Loved the pool and sauna. Gym looked well equipped and clean but I didn't use it, just passed through on my way to the pool. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful, check in and out went very smoothly. Location is great.

Steam room was broken. Parking is very expensive. For the price, I would have expected slippers to be provided for walking to/from the pool. Pillows were far too soft for me so I didn't sleep brilliantly, but this is personal preference and they're not going to be able please everyone I suppose.
