Norland B & B

On arrival you will be greeted with the warmest of welcomes and a quick brief of the layout. My room had a fantastic view of the surrounding area which was enjoyed from the comfort of the settee. The breakfast was outstanding, I only wish I had more time to enjoy it.

On this occasion I was fortunate enough to have the work car, which would fit comfortably on the drive. Some future visits would involve taking a large van and due to the nature of my work should be off road parked. This would be a make or break situation due to the height of the van and the entrance of the driveway.

Very welcoming host, very professional. The house is located in a stunning spot. We know the area very well and we're exceptionally pleased with our view. Our room was a little small but we had our own private lounge which we could use if we so wished but we were very Happy with our room. Breakfast was lovely and parking isn't an issue. We parked on the road and it was fine. Comfy beds, nice bathroom. Fantastic view. We will return one day.

Stunning view , right by the beach east to find . Beautiful property, sparkling clean with extremely comfortable bed , on suite bathroom with all accessories in place. We had very nice a full cooked Breakfast in a dining room with a fantastic view. The host was wonderful and very friendly, you will feel like you’re at home . If you travel be car there are plenty of car park spaces outside the B&B gate. I think I can call this place and host a place to soothe your mind and soul.

Norland is a large and comfortable traditional house with fantastic views over the sea. Lying in bed watching the sunset and beautiful red sky was amazing. Ishbel is a fantastic host who looked after us wonderfully but unobtrusively- nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are luxuriously furnished and the breakfast was exceptional. We’ve stayed in some excellent accommodation over the years but this was the best!

Everything was fantastic, no issues

Fantastic location right off the beach and golf. Clean and well appointed room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Our room was exceptionally tight on space, not enough room to put our luggage out or walk around the bed. We had the smallest room but it had a small lounge for us to use across the hall. The other rooms looked to have a more comfortable layout for 2 people staying 2 nights.

We had a nice room with a wonderful view. We arrived before the Check-In time and we were allowed to go into the room earlier. Which was very nice of Ishbel, because we came into rain while walking. She was nice and flexible and organised us a good vegan breakfast what had in a Lunchbox for our nex day walk of moray coast trail. We reccomend Norland B&B and would love to come back one day.

Great location looking over the sea, beach, light house and RAF Lossiemouth. Spacious. Tea and coffee etc on the room. Lovely shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and lovely host. Bicycles safely stored in the garage . Next to a golf course but not our thing. East beach is lovely . Local fish & chip take away shop great .

Welcomed to house...Nice clean room with great views...Nice breakfast room with plenty options including continental and a cooked breakfast..I would've liked a clothes hook on back of bathroom door just to hang my things up on but that's just feedback...would definitely stay here again..walking distance to beach .shops and restaurants 😊

The establishment was very easy to find, within walking distance of all local amenities and the beach. I had a sea view from my room. The room was spotless and the shower was hot. Good range of breakfast foods - cereal, toast, fresh fruit and a good choice of hot food too. The host was very helpful

Everything was perfect

We had never been to this area before and we were not disappointed Host was excellent, and has a great B&B, location was perfect, breakfast room and breakfast superb and the views were amazing. So good we will definitely return. 😀 The property is light and airy and much better than the booking.com website pictures. The room was contemporary, bed was very large and comfortable, nice quadrant shower and we had the use if a lovely 1st floor private lounge with views out to sea. Bus stops if you need them are right outside the property Its worth taking a walk to the nearby harbour which is pretty and there is a good cafe for lunch or just a coffee there too which was always busy. We took a drive out c 6 miles to catch the sunset and found Burghead a lovely place for a photo as you almost get a 360 panoramic view. We had dinner at the local pub, golf view and food was excellent but please book a table

There was nothing we didn't like but here are a few things to make it even better With ipads and phones and electric toothbrushes etc. the room was missing a few more power sockets or a multi adapter would have been great. We also think a few shelves would also be great in the bathroom above the sink and for the kettle which is on a very low table
