The New George Hotel

We stayed here for a month (first we thinking it’s will be 2 weeks, but our plans was changed😅) and we really enjoyed staying in New George Hotel! Richard is so cute and helpful, he always on tough and will answer all you questions:) In room you find all you need for private needs, also they have common room there you can find microwave, refrigerator, clothes washer etc. Maybe some rooms need renovations, but we don’t feel bad about it🙌🏼 Location is reeallyyy good! West Jesmond have all you need - shops, coffee places, metro and bus stops, it’s only 3 station on metro to city centre. So, I really can recommend this place, my husband and me feeling good about our stay. Thanks a lot!

On Friday to Sunday it’s can be really loud because of students, who lives in West Jesmond and like to have fun on pubs on holiday :) But after 11 pm it’s ok 👍🏻

The room was nice and spacious and very clean and the bed was very comfy, the facility's were great, we had a fridge and a microwave which was perfect for our stay and the shower had plenty of room and the water power was excellent.

Didn't realise that it was online check in and there wasn't staff at the desk, but that was on me and someone helped us as soon as they realized we didn't know what to do, so really there was nothing bad hahahah

The room was very spacious and exactly as described, staff very welcoming and a very hospitable place with everything you’d need for a short stay

The lighting situation was a bit rubbish meaning at the height of summer we were waking up very early at 5/5:30/6am, the one blind allowed a lot of light in and there was a smaller window with no blind

I liked that it was so close to the center town, a real plus !! also the neighborhood is with various supermarket and restaurant, really convenient !! it’s affordable

only the fact that there weren’t any knives, and that the towel was stained, otherwise it was perfect. of course, the bar bellow is noisy but I didn’t find that disturbing, it’s closing a 11pm so not to late

the convenience was great with a pub below, shop across the road and a 10 minute walk from West Jesmond Metro

unfortunately it wasn’t clean especially on worktops, shower or fridge :( bed was clean though :)

The accommodation was spacious. It included a kitchenette and fridge. There was a separate bathroom included with a bath. There is a supermarket opposite the property.

The nearest Metro stations (Jesmond and West Jesmond) are some distance away. There are no onsite staff.

I was pleasantly surprised how fab this room was, it had everything we needed, it was clean, warm & it’s a good location (we had to Uber as went to list minds festival 😜)

I have no complaints

It was beyond expectations! The place was tidy, clean and was so spacious. Oh, and they put a fan for me, since it’s been so hot lately.

Honestly, I have nothing to say. The place was spotless.

Perfect location. clean fresh room.

Yet again such a lovely stay. location is perfect to the town centre staff are really friendly and rooms super clean. can’t ask for much more
